00:00The man who refused to stop dreaming. What happens when a person decides to live their dreams?
00:07In a world that has stopped believing? This is the story of a poor, lonely, and forgotten man.
00:16A man who read so many books of chivalry that one day he decided to become a hero.
00:22While everyone else saw windmills, he saw giants. While the world mocked him,
00:28He kept fighting. His name was Don Quixote of La Mancha, and although many called him mad,
00:37Perhaps he was the only one who still knew how to dream. In a small town in La Mancha, there lived a man
00:44His name was Alonso Quijano. He was quiet, old, and spent his days reading stories of knights.
00:52She read so much that she began to believe those stories were real. And little by little, something changed.
01:00Inside, he no longer wanted to be an ordinary man; he wanted to become a hero. So he took a
01:07Old, rusty armor, a tired horse, and a new name. From that day forward, he would be known as
01:15Don Quixote. His horse was weak, far from being a powerful steed, but Don Quixote saw it
01:23For him, the different horse was the noblest in the world. And he called him Rocinante, because people
01:30They dream, they don't see things as they are, they see them as they could be. Don Quixote also chose one
01:38imaginary lady, a simple woman, whom he transformed into a princess within his heart. He called her
01:46Dulcinea, because even in madness, love existed. But no hero travels alone. Don Quixote
01:54He found a humble, funny man, very different from himself. His name was Sancho Panza, Sancho
02:02He was practical, realistic, always hungry, and wanted a simple life. But even so, he decided
02:10To follow Don Quixote, perhaps because deep down, we all need a little adventure in our lives
02:16lives. And then came the most famous moment in the story. Don Quixote saw enormous windmills
02:25in the countryside, but he didn't see windmills, he saw evil giants. Sancho tried to stop him,
02:32He told him the truth, he told him they were just windmills, but Don Quixote didn't listen. Because some people,
02:39They prefer to fight for their dreams, even if the whole world says they are wrong. And so, with courage,
02:47He ran towards the windmills, and the result was painful; he was defeated and fell to the ground. But even so,
02:56He never stopped believing; throughout his journey, many people laughed at him, called him crazy,
03:03They mocked his dreams, they deceived him. But Don Quixote never stopped treating others with honor.
03:10Because even though the world was cruel, he still believed in goodness. And perhaps that was what
03:17He really did things differently, and over time, a big question arises: Who was really crazy?
03:24Was it the man who dreamed of a better world, or the people who had stopped believing in everything?
03:31Don Quixote saw beauty where others saw routine, he saw hope where others only saw problems,
03:37And although he made mistakes, his heart remained pure. After many adventures, hardships,
03:45and disappointments. Don Quixote returned home, tired, very tired. And little by little,
03:54He began to awaken from his fantasies, remembering who he really was: Alonso Quijano. An ordinary man.
04:02But something had changed forever, because although the world called him crazy, he had lived with passion.
04:08Had he pursued ideals? Had he fought for something greater than himself?
04:14The story of Don Quixote is not just a story about a man and windmills.
04:20And this is something we must remember. It's a story about dreams, about hope,
04:27And about the value of continuing to believe. When the world stops believing, and we feel completely alone.
04:34We all have a little bit of Don Quixote inside us, the part that wants to imagine,
04:40The part that wants to fight. And the part that refuses to surrender, no matter what happens.
04:46And perhaps the real tragedy is not appearing crazy, but living one's entire life.
04:52without ever daring to dream. And that is, truly, a shame.
