00:17Ayon kay Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez, nationwide na ang pagpapatupad ng fuel subsidy dahil sa matagumpay na dry run nito

00:26Samantala, ikinakas na naman ang pagpapatupad ng localized service contracting program kung saan mga LG na ang magpapatupad ng programa.
