In this video, I'll show how to fix mouse not working in GTA Vice City. Mouse not working in Grand Theft Auto Vice City.

Go to the game folder
Select "gta-vc"
Right-click it
Click on Properties
Click on Compatibility
Click on "Run this program in compatibility mode"
Click to show the options
Select "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
You can also choose "Windows 98 / Windows Me" (Try to see which one works best for you)

Select "gta-vc"
Right-click it
Click on "Show more options"
Click on "Create shortcut"
Select the shortcut
Right-click it
Click on "Properties"
Press the RIGHT ARROW key to go to the end of the path
Press the SPACE BAR key
Write: -CPUCount:1
Click on "Apply"
Click on "OK"

Inside the game, keep pressing the ESCAPE key (ESC key), while at the same time moving your mouse, and keep doing this until you can move the mouse in the game.
