00:20which was meant to just streamline people operations.

00:24I can't say that I would advise the same in a large company,
00:29but we're back in startup mode again.

00:37when you're in a peacetime and when you're at a larger company.
00:42But, you know, we're a remote company.
00:43It's not like, you know, a lot of the potential issues
00:47that you would have in a workplace don't really exist
00:50because you're not in the same room as somebody.
