00:25The situation is so serious that many residents have been forced to evacuate their homes while
00:30others remain with their doors and windows closed.
00:33They claim they learned of the spill through social media and through complaints made by
00:38the government of neighboring Venezuela as no one informed them.
00:42Parliamentarian Hazen Narin Singh said he will demand an explanation from the executive branch
00:48and the company.
