Burnham: Don't reopen Brexit debate

Andy Burnham says Brexit has been "damaging" but urges the debate should not be reopened, calling for focus on what people have in common. He made the comments during a speech at the Great North Investment Summit as he bids to win the Makerfield by-election. It comes after former Health Secretary Wes Streeting, who hopes to challenge the Prime Minister's leadership said leaving the EU was a mistake.
