00:10What is all this about? Because politics has essentially come to a standstill.
00:13I've indicated that always in my role as mayor that one day I will seek to return to Westminster.
00:20So I'm saying that now and I don't know whether people here feel that that's something they want to support.
00:28But that is the first stage and I'm not getting ahead of myself.
00:33I will ask you one more time. This is a pitch for you to be leader of the Labour Party.
