00:00The Brexit deal produced a bad set of results for our exporters.
00:04It made it harder for farmers to export food and drink products.
00:07It makes it harder for fishermen to export the fish that they've gone to see to catch
00:10because of the increased costs and the increased delays at borders.
00:14Now, I don't think anyone who voted in the referendum,
00:16however you might have cast your ballot, wanted extra bureaucracy and red tape.
00:20So I think the steps the Prime Minister is taking now are the right ones,
00:24but also saying we're going to look at the options for our future relationship.
00:27We'll try and whittle those down. Where we can find consensus, we will,
00:31but they will be put to the British people in the future,
00:35and we will continue our efforts, as we had in our manifesto at the last election,
00:40to have closer ties because that creates good jobs and supports our economy.
