01:07you see him live he's got beautiful jab hasn't he the footwork long point changes the levels really
01:11well and there's just a real fire and spite in his eyes he wants to do damage with every shot
01:16he's really going to interest switching it up a little early that jab to the body that's the sign
01:24of a very confident fighter who can go upstairs downstairs as early as the opening minute or two

14:35you have a knack of kind of leaning back a little bit.
14:38And when I turned professional,
14:39doing that slipping and sliding on the front foot,
14:42sort of almost leaning into the shot,
14:44it takes some practice.
14:45But you've got to only put your chest over that front knee,
14:47and you've got to use your shoulders to align to that knee,
14:51back and forth.
14:54That's better.
14:56Clever that, wasn't it?
14:57Really clever.
14:59And that's balance, sorry,
15:00and that's balance that is,
15:02allows you to punch wherever you are,
15:03whenever you're moving,
15:04forwards, back, sides.
