01:21We're going to guarantee that anything that could weaken the process is put aside,
01:30so that the process can remain with normality.
01:41So we're looking at the part of the press conference of the jury of the Electoral National Council
01:49about some delays in some of the electoral material that haven't been able to reach the polling stations.
01:58We gave an additional hour for people to go to the polling stations to vote.
02:06And in general, we recognize the big responsibility of the members of the organization.
02:12This is a very complex problem.
02:16And they're not only going to stay until 6 p.m.
02:19They're also going to have to stand until late at night to be able to process all the information.
02:26And we urge the citizens to go over to the polling stations.
02:31We guarantee that everybody inside the polling stations, once they are closed, all the workers,
02:38they're all going to be able to do the right to vote.
02:48Everybody inside the polling stations are going to be able to vote,
02:53are going to be able to exercise the right to vote.
02:58This extra hour is necessary.
03:02And we appeal to the great commitment of the people.
03:06And we know we are asking for a bit more from the polling stations
03:11that they have to be until late in the evening to be able to vote.
03:19And we once again recognize the great sacrifice and the economical and political sacrifices of those people.
