03:21i take a lot of pride in my lawn you know my first home so i wanted to make sure

03:27davis claims his neighbor asks him not to touch the tree as it falls on their shared property line
03:32and he agrees but he says things go downhill when he catches the neighbor exhibiting odd behavior
03:40at like 1 a.m he would use an air horn

03:52over the next week davis spots his neighbor pouring a mystery substance onto his plants
03:57multiple times which davis believes affects their growth one night while davis is working on his roof
