00:00Welcome to Florida.
00:02We're having a party!
00:04Home to theme parks, golden tans and 400,000 Brits.
00:08This one is the one with the view.
00:10Wow!
00:11Who've made the Sunshine State their new home.
00:14I feel blessed every single day.
00:16I'm living the American dream. I definitely am.
00:18They've swapped drizzly winters and gas bills for new careers
00:22and seemingly endless fun in the sun.
00:25Two, one, yay!
00:28Get it right and life in Florida can be like a dream come true.
00:32I get to drive a convertible. It's fabulous.
00:35But getting here and staying here takes hard work.
00:38Good job, good job. Keep it going, team!
00:40Grit.
00:41Bah!
00:43And determination.
00:44The glamorous side of living in Florida.
00:46These are the Brits who've made their own escape to Florida.
00:57Today on Escape to Florida.
00:59The floor is actually filthy.
01:02The pressure's on as sister Saive and Nasa finally open the doors to their brand new surgery.
01:08It's almost time.
01:10Yeah.
01:10Like our first patient will be here.
01:11I know, I know.
01:13And Nasa, this porn is dirty again already.
01:16I'm starting to see the diva doctor come out a little bit.
01:21The heat is on for husband and wife David and Gina.
01:25We need to get moving because it's roasting out here.
01:29As they put the entire family to work and race to finish their holiday rental refurb.
01:34Come on holiday, enjoy the beach and the sunshine and the pool.
01:39And delivery day is finally here.
01:42Done.
01:43For expectant mums Laura and Lindsay.
01:46Don't have a baby.
01:51In the vibrant city of Miami, famous for its beautiful beaches and even more beautiful people,
01:58there are two Irish sisters who have been flat out unpacking everything they need
02:04to set up their brand new plastic surgery clinic.
02:08Yeah, I don't know what's in any of these boxes.
02:11Yeah.
02:12Plastic surgeon Saive and office manager Nasa have been working around the clock to get the clinic ready.
02:19All right, here, yeah, put it down.
02:21Watch your fingers.
02:23Yeah.
02:23All right, good.
02:25I don't know what it's like to not have a sister.
02:28She used to love to play doctor, so I had to pretend to be a patient.
02:32We do play at doctor's office.
02:33Try and boss me around in the doctor's office.
02:36Yeah, sometimes it feels like, yeah, we were just in training.
02:39Yeah.
02:40This isn't on wheels, that's kind of a problem.
02:44It's taken two years, millions of dollars and a lot of hard work.
02:49Well, I'm filthy.
02:50Look, are you comfortable there, Adam?
02:54But the sister surgery clinic, with its two operating theatres, is finally ready to open its doors today.
03:02OK, so we'll see if these lights work.
03:04I think they do.
03:05It's a huge jump from what we were doing before, because now, not only are we going to have our
03:11own medical office.
03:12Two lights.
03:13Oh, brilliant.
03:14Oh, look, and they're all actually working.
03:16We're also going to run a surgery centre, which is a much bigger deal and much more responsibility.
03:23Hop up on it there till we see.
03:25Which way does your head go?
03:26Yeah.
03:27This is something I've dreamed about doing for a long time, so it is really gratifying to see it finally
03:33materialize.
03:37No!
03:40You all right there?
03:42I got it, I got it, I got it.
03:44Ever since I graduated as a surgeon, which is ten years ago now, every space I've used has been somebody
03:51else's.
03:51So, this time, I'm able to design it exactly for what I want.
03:56Oh!
03:57I feel like I've got Pilates.
03:58It's Pilates, right?
04:01Now, Saive and Nasa need to start booking surgeries.
04:04In order to make this surgery centre worthwhile, I need to be doing at least four surgeries a week, in
04:11order just to break even.
04:12Actually, look, that's perfect.
04:14Because, you see, what we...
04:15I'm super comfortable, by the way.
04:17Are you?
04:19And with those first potential patients arriving soon for consultations, there's just time for one final walkthrough to check everything.
04:29Uh, Nasa, this chair is not supposed to be here.
04:33OK, get some boxes of tissue in here, because I'm not washing my hands and then doing a lot of
04:38this.
04:39There's the cushion, put the cushion out there so people know they're in the right place.
04:43The pressure is on Office Manager Nasa.
04:49Nasa, this floor is dirty again already.
04:52We're going to need to put a hole in that counter.
04:58She needs to ensure every last detail is perfect and up to surgeon Saive's standards before the patients arrive.
05:08Oh my God, it's so hot in here.
05:10Look, feel it.
05:11Yeah, no, we can't put a patient in here, it's way too hot.
05:13I think it's blowing hot air.
05:15Did you put the heating on?
05:16No, I didn't.
05:17I'm a little bit stressed out because I'm not sure if we're quite there yet, but we've got to make
05:23it happen.
05:26The waiting room is the most important thing because people come in and it immediately gives an impression.
05:32It's been two years in the making. We've been working towards this since 2023.
05:36I don't feel ready, but we're going to do it.
05:39We have patients coming today.
05:41Yeah, I know.
05:41So this needs to be...
05:44Cleaner.
05:45Yeah.
05:46For the first time we're finally seeing patients, so everything needs to be perfect.
05:53The sisters have one chance to convince patients to book their surgery with them.
05:59Let's see what the bathroom's looking like.
06:02Okay, yeah, the light works.
06:04Yeah, I think we need to vacuum the floor.
06:06Yeah, this floor needs to be done again.
06:08This has been a lot of sleepless nights.
06:10Probably one of the most stressful things me and NASA have worked on together.
06:15This floor shows everything.
06:16This floor is... it's problematic.
06:19She is pretty particular about how things are set up.
06:25The siblings are feeling the strain.
06:29Oh, my God.
06:30NASA!
06:31Yeah, I'm coming.
06:33Are you serious? Like, this is our sign?
06:36You know what? It's a work in progress.
06:39I'm starting to see the diva doctor come out a little bit.
06:43Yeah, we just need to get... because, I mean, it's almost time.
06:45Yeah.
06:46Like, our first patient will be here.
06:47I know, I know.
06:48Okay.
06:49Let's get to it.
06:51And hopefully, it won't cause a family rift in the process.
07:00The seaside resort of Sarasota on the beautiful Gulf Coast attracts over 2 million visitors a year.
07:07Two.
07:10Two.
07:12But Mancunians David and Gina decided to make it their permanent home with their three children back in 2004.
07:19We're very domesticated, aren't we?
07:22Yes.
07:23We've been here 22 years now.
07:25It took us just over 10 years to get the green card, because there's a lot of hoops to jump
07:31through.
07:31Same.
07:32You're not citizens, and you've got to then wait five years, and then you can apply for citizenship.
07:38Then you've got to do a test, a history test on America.
07:42Yeah, and I'm not good at tests.
07:44So it's like, go back to school.
07:46Blue.
07:46That looks better, doesn't it?
07:47There you go.
07:48The good news is...
07:50We passed.
07:50We passed with flying colours.
07:54Blue.
07:55Way better.
07:59David and Gina ran a successful property business back in the UK, and used those skills to make their living
08:06in the Sunshine State.
08:09Do you know where they are?
08:10I'll find them.
08:10I'll find them.
08:11They're in storage.
08:12We worked incredibly hard in the UK.
08:15We came over here with more work drive.
08:20Hello?
08:22Hello?
08:22Hello?
08:23The couple own 10 holiday rentals not far from the beach.
08:26I'm washing.
08:27It's in the middle of a wash.
08:28Oh, right, OK.
08:30But last year, the properties were flooded and devastated by two hurricanes.
08:35He hates dishwashers.
08:37We've got a flood.
08:38We haven't, it's because you opened it mid-what?
08:41Mid-stream.
08:43Repairing and renovating the 10 holiday lets is a mammoth project.
08:48More pillows or do you think that's enough?
08:50Pile them up.
08:52It's been a lot of work.
08:54A lot.
08:55It's cost us a lot of money, a lot of stress, meeting deadlines.
08:59It's been a nine-month job.
09:02Are you ready?
09:03I'm ready.
09:05This is our passion.
09:07This is why we moved here.
09:09But although the holiday homes are looking good inside, outside still needs a lot of work.
09:16Looks lovely there.
09:17Looks lovely there.
09:17It's good for now.
09:17Looks lovely.
09:19So David's called in back up to help with the final push to get the holiday lets finished and finally
09:26ready to rent out.
09:29Hello.
09:32From sunny Manchester.
09:33My brother, his wife and the twin boys, Ben and Charlie, we've not seen them in ages.
09:39We're excited.
09:41Hello.
09:42Hello.
09:44Hello.
09:44Hey.
09:46We miss all our family dearly.
09:49How you doing, bro?
09:49How you doing, bro?
09:50Yes.
09:50Oh my goodness.
09:53It's been five years since Neil, Andrea and the boys last visited.
09:57I can't believe the transformation from the pictures you've been sending us.
10:03Can't leave it another five.
10:04Five's too long.
10:07Before the family can enjoy their Florida vacation, David and Gina need their nearest and dearest to lend a hand
10:13with the poolside landscaping.
10:17Rakes.
10:19David does have a tendency to get people working. Yes, he does.
10:23You know, if you're staying for free, you've got to work it off.
10:27Shovels.
10:30Happy to help. Why not? Let's get stuck in.
10:33Oh yeah, he loves his brother. He loves being with David and his family. He misses them like mad, so
10:40Neil's happy doing whatever.
10:43Why are they all disappearing?
10:46Come on.
10:47Breaks.
10:49They're going to be helping me get the outside finished. Nobody stays for free.
10:55Ready?
10:56Wear some gloves, Gina.
10:58Here's your marigolds.
11:01Just under a two-hour drive away in the quaint town of Celebration.
11:08It's also a family affair for Laura and Lindsay.
11:13What are we going to the hospital for?
11:15For the baby.
11:16Mm-hmm.
11:18Your baby brother.
11:20The wives and their daughters, Darcy and Bella, are expecting a special delivery.
11:26Baby is arriving in less than 48 hours now.
11:30What would you call them, Bella?
11:33Fiero from Wicked.
11:34No!
11:36The family moved from Scotland to Florida in 2023.
11:41I think for us it's a place that we vacationed a lot.
11:45We wanted that sunshine to be outside with the kids and just hopefully get more of a good family life.
11:54Green mum likes Jack.
11:55You think I like Jack?
11:56Even if we pick a name, you won't know until the baby is born.
12:00Basically, we're undecided on the name.
12:02Jack? Okay. Bella?
12:04One thing they do know is when their baby boy's been born.
12:08It's so weird having boy stuff.
12:13This third pregnancy has been difficult.
12:16Hopefully he'll fit. This is his little coming home outfit.
12:21On her consultant's advice, Lindsay's been booked in for a caesarean section.
12:28Only luxuries and bringings. Some snacks.
12:32But giving birth in Florida is a bit different to Scotland.
12:37You choose the type of bedding that you have.
12:40If it's like a goose-filled pillow or satin sheets or what kind of cotton you like.
12:49Just for the bed sheets or the towels.
12:52This hospital, it's like it's a hotel. Like it's a hotel stay.
12:56It's not like what I've been used to.
12:59Darcy and Bella were both born in the UK.
13:02I was in and out very quickly.
13:04Back in Scotland, like in like six hours I was home.
13:08We've been told to prepare for like a two, three day minimum stay.
13:12Just arriving there, there's like valley parking.
13:15So you can just drive up.
13:17Don't need to worry about driving around to get a space.
13:19I think there's going to be more staff available to us here.
13:25There's definitely more specialists here available right there and then if we need.
13:31The couple have insurance to cover most of the costs, which could run to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
13:37I think as long as we've got good care, that's what really matters, isn't it?
13:42And you both get home safe.
13:44That's all we care about.
13:46I have two children and a wife to come home to and that, that worries me that I'm now at
13:53risk.
13:53He's at risk and if I make the wrong decision, if a doctor makes the wrong decision, that puts my
13:59life at risk.
14:00He's at risk and our unborn son's at risk and I, I don't want anything to happen to us.
14:09Done!
14:21In Cosmopolitan Miami, it's action stations for plastic surgeon Seif and office manager NASA.
14:33OK, I hope this works.
14:36The first patient is due soon at their brand new plastic surgery clinic.
14:41The floor is actually filthy.
14:43The sisters have worked tirelessly for two years and invested everything into the new business.
14:50After this, Carolyn, we need to make sure that the bathrooms are clean.
14:53And it's down to office manager NASA.
14:56Oh yeah, it's manky in here.
14:57And assistant, Caroline, to get the place looking perfect.
15:01OK, the toilet rolled, we have soap, tissue.
15:07OK, I mean it smells good but the floor is not great.
15:11It's not long before their first patient arrives for a consultation.
15:16Multi-purpose cleaner, that'll work, right?
15:20NASA's managed the new surgery project from the start and Caroline's been by her side.
15:25Let's see if that works.
15:27So today is bittersweet because it is the first day that we're officially seeing patients in the office.
15:33But it's also Caroline's last day and she has been my right-hand woman.
15:37Maybe Caroline, I'll try and spray this, let's see if that works.
15:42Kind of.
15:43A little bit, yeah.
15:44OK, we're getting somewhere.
15:48We're super proud of Caroline.
15:50She's been with us, she's been a wonderful employee but she's way too bright to stick around here.
15:54She's off to medical school.
15:56I'm super proud of her that she's gotten in.
15:59Thank you, Caroline, on your last day.
16:02Yeah, good job.
16:03Perfect, OK.
16:05And just in time...
16:07No, it's definitely better than it was.
16:08I think so.
16:11Michelle, the sister's first patient, has arrived.
16:15Hi, Michelle!
16:17Welcome!
16:17It's a good to see you.
16:18It's a good to see you.
16:20It's a good to see you.
16:23They're not the only ones getting to work.
16:25Back in sunny Sarasota,
16:30Mancunians David and Gina are getting their family grafting.
16:34All right.
16:37We got the gloves.
16:39We got the bins.
16:40Let's get cracking.
16:44Having just about finished fixing up the interiors of their holiday rentals...
16:50You got some gloves, Charlie?
16:53Yeah, get your gloves on.
16:54It's time to tackle the landscape.
16:57All right, basically, you see the big weeds here.
17:02The first job is getting rid of the weeds around the pool area.
17:05And he's roped in his family who are visiting on holiday.
17:09We're just going to grab these from near the bottom, pull them out, shake all the dirt off them.
17:14That's it. Anything that looks like this for now, all these along there.
17:17Yeah, we'll go straight on these.
17:18All them.
17:19What would you rather be doing, this or at the beach?
17:22We're helping him out. His work's hard, but it's the least we can do.
17:25There, give it a good shake.
17:29David's brother Neil's more than happy to get his hands dirty.
17:33We're having fun, aren't we? Enjoying it.
17:36It's been non-stop for them.
17:37He's really put the graft in.
17:41They've really worked hard, both of them.
17:44Shake all the soil off.
17:46We've worked together back in England.
17:48I used to help him out, doing odd jobs for him.
17:52So it just brought back loads of memories.
17:54Like, he likes to give you directions and walk off and disappear.
17:59Doing a good job there, Charlie.
18:02And true to form, while Neil and the kids are busy with the weeds, David has, well, wandered off.
18:09Where's the ladder gone?
18:10The ladder has gone.
18:13Are they winding me up?
18:16He needs to trim the palm trees.
18:20If he can find his ladder.
18:22Oh no, there it is.
18:32Next time you stay with us, you can tarmac our drive.
18:35Yeah? We pay us back.
18:38Come on, let's crack on.
18:39Let's crack on, he says.
18:40Let's crack on with it.
18:47You know, he's my little brother, and in my mind, I was always the one doing the work, and he
18:52was always like the little baby.
18:54He's come out here, and he's really got stuck in. He's been a big help.
18:58Yeah.
18:59Is it looking better?
19:01It's almost better.
19:04It's been nine months of no income for David and Gina.
19:08But, if the family can get everything done today, the couple will finally be back in business.
19:15Yeah.
19:17Teamwork makes the dream work.
19:22David's expecting a delivery for the next and final job,
19:25and it'll make all this weeding look like a warm-up.
19:30Come on holiday, enjoy the beach and the sunshine and the pool.
19:39Over in picturesque celebration, they're expecting a delivery of a different kind.
19:45One hat's fine.
19:46Panic over, we've got a hat.
19:49We've got socks.
19:51And one pair of mittens.
19:55Lindsay is booked to give birth by cesarean section at a specialist clinic in two days' time.
20:02It says they have large patient rooms with natural lighting and the use of warm, stress-reducing colours and tones
20:11to create a serene environment.
20:15Acoustic control features that diminish noise levels.
20:20And while the couple are desperate to safely welcome baby number three, babies one and two are a bit more
20:28unsure.
20:29I don't even know how to be a big sister, so hopefully Darcy will teach me how to.
20:36Nine-year-old Darcy and seven-year-old Bella are getting ready for their baby brother's arrival.
20:43Nervous a wee bit.
20:44She thinks that something's going to happen to mom.
20:48Bella.
20:50So the mums are trying to make sure any nerves Darcy and younger sister Bella are feeling are eased before
20:56the family expands.
20:58We're doing sibling hero training.
21:02Both girls are homeschooled, so hopefully today's lesson will do the trick.
21:08Poop explosion!
21:10Superhero sibling training.
21:12That involves just some fun little things that we can try and get them involved with looking after baby.
21:19What have you got? What do you still need?
21:21My diaper!
21:22I think we're trying to make the transition as easy and simple for them, but also have them included.
21:29So that's where the diaper dash thing came in.
21:33Oh my god. This is a big bump.
21:36There we go. Well done.
21:39Done!
21:40Good job!
21:42As well as making the final few days as a foursome fun.
21:47I feel like I need a cape. Where's my cape?
21:50Laura and Lindsay are also trying to reassure the girls.
21:55Darcy, who's in your heart? If this circles your heart, who's in there?
21:58Mmm.
22:00One of the kind of feelings we were getting from them was that they were a little bit worried that
22:04they wouldn't get the same amount of love from me and Lindsay,
22:07or they wouldn't have enough room also in their own little hearts to love anybody else, like their brother.
22:13This little heart right now, it just becomes...
22:17Bigger!
22:18And look! There's space for...
22:21One more, which is space.
22:23...baby brother to go!
22:24You had space!
22:26Look at that heart!
22:27My heart is huge!
22:29Good job.
22:31While seven-year-old Bella seems to be taking everything in her stride...
22:35You had eight, and now you get...
22:37Nine.
22:38And all that happened was it just got...
22:41Bigger!
22:43Yeah?
22:45Darcy's still not sure.
22:48You feel emotional when we talk about our hearts, don't you, babe?
22:52That's okay.
23:00Hopefully, the lessons will help.
23:02You can hear them having little chats and stuff together, can't you?
23:05Yeah.
23:06You're like, who's in your heart? We'll see if it works in practice.
23:10It could all go terribly wrong in two days.
23:13No matter what, baby's on his way.
23:28Oh, it's so exciting.
23:29In Glamorous Miami...
23:34...irish sisters Saiv and Nassa have finally opened the doors to their new multi-million dollar plastic surgery clinic.
23:43Michelle, you're our first client in the new office.
23:46We're so, so, so excited to have you, VIP.
23:49And their very first patient is ready for her surgical consultation.
23:54I'll take you on in here.
23:55And sit up on the black chair for me, please.
23:58OK.
24:00And make yourself a comfy seat.
24:02Can I get you a tea or a coffee?
24:04Water, please.
24:06After all the time, expense and hard work,
24:10the sisters now need to start booking procedures.
24:13All right.
24:13Salut.
24:14Yeah.
24:15Michelle is here.
24:16Our first client is a previous patient of ours.
24:20She is awesome.
24:21And today she's coming to discuss a brachioplasty with me,
24:25which is an arm lift.
24:28Oh, hi.
24:29How are you?
24:31Good to see you.
24:32Good to see you.
24:33How have you been?
24:34I love your office.
24:35Oh, yeah.
24:37It's a little bit of an upgrade, so.
24:39I'd say.
24:41Usually it's people who've lost a little bit of weight,
24:43and I believe she has,
24:46and that's what we're going to talk about today.
24:47What's bothering you?
24:49What do you think?
24:50Well, over the past six months, I've lost 30 pounds.
24:53Wow.
24:53So I have some extra skin and some jiggles.
24:57Yeah.
24:57So I want to see if you can help me.
24:58Absolutely.
25:00So liposuction will be all down here,
25:02so we can really see those muscles.
25:05And then for the actual incision itself,
25:08we would do something like this
25:09so that we're hiding it in the armpit,
25:13moving it up there.
25:15Oh, okay.
25:15So you cut the skin.
25:16This way, and you see it pulls the skin into the armpit.
25:20That would be the way to go.
25:23The procedure can cost up to $18,000.
25:28Typically, that surgery takes me two to three hours.
25:31You know, you're completely out.
25:33And so then once you're out here,
25:34everybody always says the same.
25:36Is the surgery done yet?
25:38I love the Gallagher sisters.
25:40Dr. Gallagher is so amazing.
25:42I feel safe with her.
25:43I'm looking forward to it.
25:44It's such a good experience today.
25:46So we bring it out the back door just, you know,
25:48because people are usually a little bit groggy after surgery,
25:50so we don't want to be bringing you through the waiting room
25:52with the other patients, you know,
25:54so to keep things nice and private,
25:55we have this private exit.
25:57After the consultation,
25:58it just confirms that I'll be getting my surgery here.
26:01I can't wait.
26:02It's just a matter of when.
26:04The sisters have their first surgery confirmed.
26:07So you're really making me the first client here?
26:10Amazing.
26:12With the surgery doors finally open...
26:15It was great to see you.
26:17Bye.
26:18Oh, should I validate your parking?
26:20I'm OK, thank you.
26:21OK.
26:24The consultations keep coming,
26:25and the next is with a brand-new patient.
26:29Our patient Mary is coming in now.
26:32And do they have all their intake paperwork done?
26:34Yes.
26:34OK.
26:36So the sisters will need to impress her
26:39to bag their second booking of the day.
26:43Hi, good afternoon.
26:45Mary, isn't it?
26:46Yes.
26:46Welcome.
26:53Also on a mission in Sarasota are David and Gina.
27:01They're doing the final work
27:03of landscaping the exteriors of their holiday rentals.
27:07Just like the bin men used to do it back in the day.
27:13With the help of David's little brother, Neil,
27:15and his family.
27:19Just give us a hand with this one
27:20so it doesn't tip over.
27:22We'll take it over there.
27:23Let me lift it.
27:24Oh, come on, I got it.
27:27It's a bit top-heavy.
27:30If they work hard,
27:31there's a chance the family could finish
27:33the last of the jobs today.
27:35So now do you see, Neil,
27:37that we're not out here sat by the pool every day,
27:40sunning our bodies on the beach.
27:42We actually get stuck in and do a bit of work.
27:51And since the hurricanes hit last year,
27:53that work has been tough.
27:56What a difference.
28:02But once these final tasks are completed,
28:05they can start renting their holiday homes out
28:08to paying customers.
28:10So what's the typical price on one of these?
28:12So out of season,
28:14a studio, $99 a night.
28:16But that same studio in peak season down here
28:19is $3.20 a night.
28:20Wow.
28:21So it's a lot of variables in it.
28:24So David and Gina are keen to get these rentals
28:27back on the market
28:28and make the most of what's left
28:29of the busy peak summer season
28:31in the Sunshine State.
28:34How are you doing?
28:35Great job.
28:37It's been a huge outlay,
28:39so we're at the very end now
28:41of not having to spend any more money.
28:44You ready for beer?
28:45How much time do you?
28:47Fire them up.
28:50It's more important to get the doors open,
28:53get heads on beds,
28:55get some income coming in,
28:56and then we'll continue to improve it
28:58as we go along.
29:00Cheers.
29:00Cheers.
29:01Here you go.
29:02You're doing a grand job there, dear.
29:05Cheers, Neil.
29:05Cheers, Arquette.
29:06You can come again.
29:08But the family can't celebrate just yet.
29:12Is this our surprise?
29:13This is the surprise.
29:15Surprise.
29:21There is one final job
29:23before they can all relax.
29:26So we drop in the shell.
29:31Quite a big moment
29:32because it's kind of like
29:34one of the last things
29:34that we need to do.
29:35Got to spread the shell,
29:37but the fact that it's here,
29:39that's what you put in your driveways here.
29:41It's a Florida thing,
29:43and it looks amazing.
29:44It goes down really easy,
29:45but it's heavy,
29:46and we've got 14 tonne of it.
29:50It's going to be a team effort
29:51for us to get that down
29:53as soon as possible.
29:56The crushed shells
29:57need to be evenly spread,
29:59like gravel,
29:59and it will become compact over time.
30:04Good morning!
30:07But with 14 tonnes of the stuff,
30:10time to call in the reinforcements.
30:12I think this has got your name on it, Lucy.
30:16And put the entire family to work.
30:19So we're going to get the shell
30:21in the wheelbarrows.
30:22We're going to wheelbarrow it
30:23by the swimming pool area
30:25and spread it all over.
30:27Oh, it's going to be nice.
30:28Yeah, it's going to be nice and white.
30:30We hose it all down.
30:31When we finish,
30:31the sun dries it.
30:32It's like it's snowed.
30:34Ready?
30:35Let's go!
30:36Let's go!
30:38Have you got it?
30:39Whoa!
30:43Perfect.
30:45They need to pull together
30:46and dig deep
30:47to get this final job completed.
30:50Off we go!
30:53We need to get moving
30:54because it's roasting out here.
31:03Back in celebration,
31:05it's also a big day
31:06for mums-to-be Laura and Lindsay
31:08and their daughters,
31:09Darcy and Bella.
31:13They're heading off to hospital
31:15to welcome their third child
31:17and first boy.
31:19We've wanted this baby
31:20for a long, long, long, long, long time.
31:23We never wanted this big an age gap
31:25between them.
31:26If we'd gone to plan,
31:27we'd have had about six of them
31:28by this point.
31:29So, bring it on, baby.
31:34It will be the first time
31:36Lindsay's given birth
31:37in the USA.
31:39Let's go have a baby!
31:43Let's see the before
31:46or...
31:47And the after.
31:55Baby Elliot
31:56is finally here.
32:03Here he is.
32:06Oh, baby, I love you so much.
32:09But baby Elliot
32:11needs to be rushed
32:12to the neonatal intensive care unit
32:14because he was born
32:15with fluid in his lungs.
32:20No.
32:22So this isn't where
32:23we expected to be
32:24when he was a week old,
32:25still in the hospital,
32:26but the care here
32:28has been absolutely amazing.
32:30Although the little man
32:31needs some help
32:32with his breathing,
32:33Elliot can still meet
32:34his big sisters.
32:36Are you hilarious?
32:38If all he wants to
32:39hold your hand
32:41and you wait
32:42in your big sister
32:43in the bosom?
32:46And after eight days
32:48in the neonatal
32:49intensive care unit...
32:51Elliot is coming home
32:52this afternoon.
32:58What a strong little man.
33:00You know,
33:00he's done everything
33:02that he needed to do.
33:05Oh!
33:07Best day ever.
33:12The hospital bill
33:14for mom and baby
33:15was just shy
33:16of a quarter
33:17of a million dollars,
33:18covered mostly
33:19by Laura and Lindsay's insurance.
33:21But getting baby Elliot
33:23home safe
33:24is priceless.
33:26How are you feeling
33:27about picking your brother up?
33:28I'm really excited
33:29because
33:32I've always wanted
33:33for him to just
33:35come home straight away.
33:37And how do you feel,
33:38Darcy,
33:39about Elliot
33:39coming home?
33:40Excited,
33:41overwhelmed.
33:44We're going to hospital
33:45on a big day.
33:46Oh!
33:48He's never been
33:49that excited, baby.
33:52It's been probably
33:54the hardest week
33:54of our lives,
33:55but very glad
33:56to see the light
33:57at the end
33:58of the tunnel
33:58and that we can go home
33:59with our little boy.
34:03We're going home!
34:22back in Miami.
34:24It's the first day
34:26for plastic surgeon Scythe
34:27and office manager
34:29NASA's brand-new
34:30surgery centre.
34:35Caroline is going
34:36to take you on first.
34:37OK, thank you.
34:38And the final patient
34:39of the day
34:40has arrived
34:40for her consultation.
34:43So if you want
34:43to just wait here
34:44for a couple of minutes,
34:45Dr Gallagher should be in.
34:47Marie's first language,
34:49like 60% of people
34:50in Miami,
34:51is Spanish
34:52and Scythe's been
34:53taking lessons
34:53to try and impress.
34:56Hola!
34:57Hola!
34:58¿Cómo estás?
34:59Bien, how are you?
35:00Good, good, good.
35:01Good to meet you.
35:02¿Te ofrez hier un algo de tomar?
35:05No, not yet.
35:06No?
35:06OK.
35:06Do you want something
35:07to drink?
35:08Some water,
35:09we'll be fine.
35:09OK, we'll get you
35:10some water right away.
35:12You really have
35:13to speak the language
35:14and Spanish
35:15is the first language here
35:17and so we've been here
35:18five years
35:19and I really feel it,
35:20not being able
35:21to speak it.
35:24Thank you so much.
35:25Slowly but surely
35:26and poco a poco
35:27it's maybe coming together.
35:29So what are you interested in?
35:31You know, I would like
35:32to enlarge my...
35:34Go a little bigger?
35:35Yes, a little bit.
35:36All right, awesome.
35:37Well, good.
35:38One of the things
35:38I always preach
35:40is that bigger
35:41is not always better
35:42when it comes
35:43to breast augmentation.
35:45I brought Caroline with us.
35:46She's going to
35:47help us decide.
35:48But I'm thinking
35:49this is kind of
35:50getting there.
35:53If she decides
35:54to go ahead
35:54the surgery
35:55will cost Mari
35:56around $10,000.
35:59Surgery itself
36:00usually takes me
36:00about an hour and a half.
36:02It's general anesthetics.
36:03You're completely asleep.
36:04About an hour or so
36:05after surgery
36:06you'll be able
36:07to go home.
36:08I'm excited
36:08to do my surgery
36:09and of course
36:10I know
36:10that I'm in good hands.
36:13Mari's keen to proceed.
36:14Nice meeting you.
36:15Thank you so much
36:16for coming in today.
36:17All right.
36:17Take care.
36:18Take care.
36:19Saive and NASA's
36:20new clinic
36:21is starting
36:21to look busy
36:22for the sisters.
36:23Yeah.
36:25They need
36:26four surgeries
36:27per week
36:27to cover their costs
36:28and are already
36:29well on their way.
36:33All right.
36:34Are we done?
36:35We are done.
36:36Yeah.
36:36Oh my God.
36:37What a day.
36:38I think it's really fun
36:39to work with my sister
36:40because I really admire
36:42Saive's work ethic.
36:43She's the hardest
36:44working person I know
36:45and I think that's
36:46always a good influence
36:47on me.
36:48It started to rub off
36:48on me a little bit.
36:50And free surgery.
36:51And free...
36:52Wait.
36:53Free surgery.
36:56Well, I mean,
36:57we got a lot done today.
36:58We saw our first patients.
37:01Yeah.
37:02You guys fixed up the place?
37:03I mean, it's not looking bad.
37:04Yeah.
37:04It looks legit, you know.
37:07Sounds like more
37:08than enough reason
37:08to raise a glass.
37:12We're celebrating tonight.
37:14We're going big.
37:14This is a big day.
37:17But there is another reason
37:19for a toast.
37:20Caroline is off
37:22on a new adventure.
37:22I know.
37:23That means double
37:24the work for me.
37:25Correct.
37:26Today's not about endings.
37:27It's not about goodbye.
37:30After two years,
37:31Saiv and NASA's surgery
37:33is finally open for business.
37:35I have to say,
37:36it has been awesome
37:38watching this dream come true.
37:40It's about new beginnings
37:42for all of us.
37:43Yeah.
37:44Cheers.
37:45I'm really happy
37:46with how it worked out.
37:47Launch it.
37:53Sarasota.
37:54Sarasota boasts an average
37:55of 251 days of sun
37:58every year.
38:02And over at David and Gina's
38:04holiday rentals...
38:06One a day.
38:08It's one of those days.
38:13Bit of raking.
38:14Let's see how it looks.
38:17We're outside.
38:18We're sweating.
38:19It's absolutely baking hot.
38:21No way could I have done this.
38:23So just having the guys here
38:25helping out
38:25has been a massive help for me.
38:28Hit the spot.
38:30He's on it.
38:34Three generations
38:35are grafting in the heat
38:36to lay crushed shells
38:37on the ground
38:38to freshen up
38:39the poolside area.
38:41Ice pops for you.
38:46Including son Adam
38:47as well as David's brother Neil
38:49who's visiting with his wife
38:51and kids from Manchester.
38:55Charlie's raking it round there.
38:56He's doing a good job.
39:00But it is looking good.
39:06And it's a holiday
39:07Neil and his wife Andrea
39:09won't forget in a hurry.
39:10Two more.
39:11Two more.
39:13If you can't rely on your family
39:14who can you rely on?
39:15I didn't realise
39:16how tough it was going to be
39:17working out there.
39:18We'll get stuck in.
39:20There's 14 tonne shell to move.
39:21We'll easily do it.
39:23After about 10 wheelbarrows
39:24pushing it round the side
39:26emptying it
39:27going back
39:27it was exhausting
39:29it was draining.
39:31It's tough.
39:32Oh it's looking great lads.
39:35You can't beat
39:38good help.
39:39Free good help
39:40even better.
39:42And after two hours
39:44toiling in the Florida heat
39:46they'll dry nice and white.
39:49That's it
39:49we're done.
39:51How do we celebrate?
39:54Hey!
39:56Hey!
39:57Hey!
39:58Hey!
39:59Hey!
39:59Hey!
39:59Hey!

40:12Oh no!
40:13Yes!
40:13Exciting day.
40:14Big day for us.
40:15Manchester rain!
40:17We're open for business.
40:25You can't believe how relieved
40:28that makes us feel.
40:30We're open for business.
40:30You can't believe how relieved
40:30that makes us feel.
40:35It calls for something
40:37a little stronger than water.
40:39Three, two, one!
40:42Yay!
40:46I'm excited that the units
40:49I can't wait to get them out
40:50there on the market

40:52Cheers!
40:54Cheers!
40:55Cheers!
40:56Open for business!
40:57Yay!
40:58Yay!
40:59Don't know if I could do it again
41:02because it was harder,
41:03cost more,
41:04more work than expected,
41:06more cost than expected
41:07and we've learnt that,
41:09mmm,
41:10I wish I was 20 years younger.
41:13Well that's not too bad.
41:15How have you been like champagne?
41:17It's lovely.
41:18Zipo!
41:20Florida's home for us.
41:2122 years in
41:22and we're not ready to leave.
41:24We absolutely love it.
41:26Cheers honey.
41:28Cheers dear.
41:28Aw!
41:29Aw!
41:31Aw!
41:31Back in business!
41:33That's what we needed.
41:46Celebration near Orlando
41:48is living up to its name today.
41:51There you go.
41:52He is the chillest little boy
41:55I've ever known.
41:56I've never known a baby
41:57to be so chilled.
41:59Baby Elliot is finally home
42:01with mums Lindsay and Laura.
42:03Good job buddy.
42:05We keep calling him buddy
42:06and like we should have called him buddy
42:08instead of Elliot.
42:09But you're definitely an Elliot.
42:11You do look like an Elliot.
42:12He's joining his sisters Darcy.
42:15I make a whistle good for Elliot.
42:19I'm Bella.
42:20I did want him to come home really badly.
