00:02This work has to be done because the wedding's not going to be put on hold.
00:05Where is your arches going to be?
00:06On top of the hill.
00:07I thought you were building a platform.
00:09How do we keep this fit?
00:11Oh, keep it.
00:11Don't touch me a bit.
00:13There's not a back address, so there's a lot riding on these alterations.
00:17Bryce has brought up wearing camo a few times.
00:20I like it a lot.
00:21I don't.
00:22I am not having our wedding being remembered as some redneck shindig.
00:27We're going to get this rehearsal started.
00:29We all looked for the weather for the big day, and it showed some light showers, like 12 a.m.
00:35We were like, oh, okay, that's perfectly fine.
00:37It'll dry up afterwards.
00:43We're having issues with golf carts.
00:46It is mud from here to the end of the wedding.
00:48All of this has been ruined within two hours.
00:52I just don't know what's going to happen tomorrow.
01:12We are about five hours away from Elizabeth walking down the aisle, and about every hour,
01:23every two hours, we get a rain shower.
01:25Woo!
01:29I don't know what to do, but let's get up this hill, hit these golf carts, get flowers nailed.
01:35Down in the field right now, we currently have three vehicles stuck in the mud.
01:42We had one golf cart slide down the trail and hit a tree.
01:45We just might have some, like a car show down there at the wedding, you know, like a mud bog.
01:58So, because of last night's rain, a bunch of the cars, the delivery people, the vendors, the flowers,
02:06Julie's team pretty much got stuck at the bottom of the field,
02:09because they had a hard time coming back up the hill to leave.
02:17Happy wedding day.
02:18It is wet, it is rainy, it is muddy.
02:21I can't wait to see how brown the field looks.
02:22It is going to match all of our colors.
02:24Well, our concern now is golf carts aren't going to get up and down.
02:29But I don't know.
02:30Just seeing the look of my mom's face, like, I could see the stress on her face,
02:35and I was trying to stay calm for mom, and I was looking at mom and like,
02:38Mom, it is going to be fine.
02:43Having these cars stuck down here in the field around the tent,
02:46unfortunately, I guess we could call it an eyesore.
02:49We're going to do our best to get them out of here, but, I mean, that's not guaranteed.
03:03We were able to get one car unstuck and out of the field, but we still have two more,
03:08so we're just going to move forward.
03:21So, a couple of months ago, we buried a bottle of bourbon in the field where the wedding is going
03:27to be,
03:28and now is the time to dig it up and hopefully find it.
03:34Are y'all really going to do that, bury that bottle?
03:37Yeah.
03:38We dig this up on your wedding day, and it ain't here.
03:41It's out of our hands.
03:43Oh, baby, we bury this.
03:44Not too deep.
03:45There's a big worm right there.
03:47I don't think this is the spot, honestly.
03:50But we were closer to the tree.
03:51Yeah.
03:52Were we?
03:52Yeah.
03:53Like, right there?
03:53Yeah.
03:54The bottle was supposed to yield off any bad weather and rain, specifically, on one's wedding day.
04:00This is going to be fun.
04:01If we find it.
04:02I marked it.
04:03But the mark got...
04:04Yeah.
04:05My dad had laid sod and grew grass seed over it, so the area was kind of, like, revamped.
04:12Because we walked to the fire pit afterwards.
04:14About right here.
04:15Yeah.
04:16Right there?
04:16Yeah.
04:17Here, kick this dirt back in until we...
04:18I could have sworn it was right.
04:20Yeah, leave it until we find it, actually.
04:21Digging up the bottle of bourbon on the wedding day is part of the superstition to bring good weather.
04:27Oh.
04:28No.
04:28That's another state right there.
04:30No, that might be it right there.
04:31Or is that a river?
04:32No way that's it.
04:33Oh.
04:34It's a very that shallow.
04:35You know, the more I dug, the more worried I got.
04:38If we didn't find it, the rain's not going to hold up.
04:40Like, where in the world is this thing?
04:45I can't help falling in my heart every time.
04:49I just can't see the good of you now.
04:51Of course, you know, with any big events that the Johnstons hold, you know, it's stressful.
04:58At least I have my girls here to try to have some fun and to get ready and hopefully enjoy
05:04this wedding day.
05:05I just found out I got an inertia school.
05:06Yeah.
05:07Yeah, but now there might be something.
05:10Bryce got happy on Halloween pretty much.
05:12Because he, I don't know.
05:15What does he want, baby?
05:16No, I got to rule something out.
05:18So I was explaining to the girls that, you know, Bryce decided to make our Halloween a happy, happy Halloween.
05:26And I could be pregnant.
05:29Yes, yes, yes.
05:30Okay, I was like, oh, you bet you're, she ain't that dumb.
05:34We ain't hiding another one.
05:35She ain't that dumb.
05:36Um, I think Liz was pregnant.
05:40I think she'd be happy with it.
05:41We don't know yet.
05:42She doesn't know.
05:43I think it is in the air.
05:45Yes.
05:46Maybe, possibly.
05:47We've heard some rumors.
05:48Um, so I think she would be definitely happy if she was.
05:52But if she isn't, I think also it's just not her time.
05:55So, but I think, yes, possibly.
05:57Maybe.
05:57We'll see.
05:59I don't, I think this is about as far out as we went.
06:01I mean, where there's no grass, it's, I mean, I mean, does it really take this much to dig?
06:09I'll go deeper.
06:13Hell yeah.
06:13There he is.
06:15My God, dude.
06:18So, we found the bottle.
06:20Wow.
06:21We were all kind of happy that it was still in the ground.
06:23And then we decided to, you know, take a little taste of it.
06:32Weak.
06:32Of course, it didn't taste the best.
06:35Oh, that's bad.
06:37That is bad.
06:39If I do it for my wedding, we're going to include a higher shelf bottle of bourbon for sure.
06:49Are you getting excited?
06:50Yeah.
06:51No, I am.
06:52How's it looking down in the field, be honest with me?
06:54Your dad is eating total ass down there.
06:56Is he really?
06:57He literally, like, pulled an entire vehicle out with the gator and a chain.
07:03That's awesome.
07:03He's like, I turn around and he's walking around with a pitchfork.
07:07And I turn around and he's walking around with, like, a torch.
07:09I'm like, Trent, what are you doing?
07:11So funny.
07:12I knew from the beginning, dad was going to be the first one up that morning, doing work,
07:17straightening it up, helping the vendors, directing vendors, even though that's Julie's job.
07:21That is just my dad.
07:23He was the one that helped get a lot of those cars out.
07:26So without him, it really would have went all to ****.
07:30So my dad really did say thanks.
07:41So as soon as I started putting on my tux, the more of the feel I got that it's getting
07:49real.
07:49I'm like, today's the day.
07:52Today's the big day.
07:53And I just feel like a total different man, you know, knowing that I'm going to be married in a
08:01few hours.
08:04You know, buttoning up Elizabeth's dress and knowing that Elizabeth may be pregnant with our second grandbaby,
08:10there's excitement and, you know, there's a lot of happiness.
08:13Also looking over at, you know, our first grandbaby, Leighton, who's asleep in her little chair,
08:18and knowing that, you know, we may have a little second one, I would be very excited and happy.
08:25But watching her like that over there makes me...
08:27Well, if it is, it is, then you can still get through nursing school and celebrate.
08:36Finally, you know, getting into my dress, seeing that the dress fits perfectly, that it's the right length,
08:41the shoes work, that I'm happy, my mom is happy, everybody's happy.
08:45It was great.
08:48I am pretty excited for Bryce singing in my dress for the first time.
08:52I think he's going to be pretty happy.
08:54I just can't wait to see him.
08:56So, I'm excited.
08:58I've been waiting a very long time for, to see Elizabeth in her wedding dress.
09:05And just finally knowing that the time is going to be here, it's going to be very emotional for me.
09:13I already know right off the bat that there's going to be some tears.
09:18I know you hear me coming.
09:31I am pretty excited for Bryce singing in my dress for the first time.
09:36I think he's going to be pretty happy.
09:37I just can't wait to see him.
09:39So, I'm excited.
09:42I've been waiting a very long time to see Elizabeth in her wedding dress.
09:47And just finally knowing that the time is going to be here, it's going to be very emotional for me.
09:55I already know right off the bat that there's going to be some tears.
10:00There's going to be tears, and there's going to be a lot of joy mixed in with it, too.
10:06I know you hear me coming.
10:10Hey, buddy.
10:13Hey.
10:14Don't cry.
10:15You're going to start making me cry.
10:16I'm trying not to.
10:16Oh, we can't kiss.
10:17We've got to wait.
10:18Hey.
10:19Hey.
10:20Don't cry.
10:21You're going to start making me cry.
10:22I'm trying not to.
10:23You look so handsome.
10:25You're beautiful.
10:27So, as soon as I saw Elizabeth in her dress for the first time, my face immediately just, like, changed.
10:37Like, I started getting teary-eyed a little bit.
10:39But she looked very beautiful, and it was just a beat to the chest.
10:48We made it.
10:49We did.
10:50Mm-hmm.
10:51You ready for this thing?
10:52Yeah, she's very beautiful.
10:55Was it worth the wait?
10:56It was.
10:57Good.
10:58I just couldn't get over just how beautiful she was.
11:03I mean, she's beautiful every single day.
11:06But this moment definitely was different.
11:10It hit me.
11:10It hit me pretty differently.
11:12And then I got closer and you saw my boobs.
11:13So, I was like, geez, he's going to be looking down my dress this whole time during our ceremony.
11:18I mean, they did look good.
11:20Just going to come down.
11:21Just come down to Maddie where you can hear her.
11:23After months of prepping and preparing and, you know, doing all the things with my bridesmaids
11:28and letting them pick out their dresses, I am super excited to see them in their dresses.
11:33And I cannot wait for them to see me in mine.
11:36One, two, three.
11:39Yay!
11:44Y'all better not make me cry.
11:45Emma, don't start crying.
11:46Y'all look so pretty.
11:48Well, if you cry, I cry.
11:49The girls look wonderful in their dresses.
11:52I think they did a fabulous job with picking their style and watching them with their flowers, too.
11:57It just brought my imagination to life.
12:01You can look at her, babe.
12:02It's okay.
12:03I am feeling, you know, a little less worried now that the wedding dress is on and the weather is
12:07looking good.
12:08I'm thinking, all right, maybe we will be able to have the ceremony outside.
12:12Might be a little wet, but we're going to get it done.
12:15What, girl?
12:15What is that?
12:16So, the next time Bryce and I will see each other is when I'll be walking down the yard.
12:23All right, guys, look here.
12:25Daddy, I'm going to have you come over here.
12:26Stand beside Jonah.
12:28Perfect.
12:29Right over left or left over right?
12:30Left over right.
12:46I just got stung.
12:47Dad, I'm going to tell you.
12:48Oh, my God.
12:49He just got stung by a yellow jacket.
12:51On his tongue?
12:52Yeah.
12:52And you have to give a speech to him.
12:54And then Dad got stung by a yellow jacket on his tongue.
12:57And this is the last true big Johnston show that's going on before I walk down that aisle to become
13:04a Bolden.
13:08Hey, Sandy, isn't my bourbon?
13:10Hey, Sandy pulled the stinger out of my tongue.
13:12Hopefully, things will definitely take a turn for the better.
13:14Because right now, this sink is shipping.
13:17In the mud.
13:3220 minutes out.
13:34Guests are arriving.
13:36The ceremony reception site look amazing.
13:40It is absolutely perfect.
13:41You know, we're dealing with a little bit of Mother Nature on the ground.
13:45So we've got some mud going on.
13:46But I think everybody's just embracing it.
13:48We're on time.
13:50Always was.
13:51And we're going to have a beautiful day.
13:54All right.
13:55Who remembers who's first?
14:05I love you bunches.
14:07I love you.
14:08It's starting to sink in that, you know, our first child is getting married.
14:13Over the last four months, I knew this day would be here.
14:16And I knew this day would be here soon.
14:18And today's the date.
14:19And it's a wonderful, happy feeling.
14:21It's an emotional feeling.
14:22And we'll never have this moment again.
14:32Take a napkin off the table.
14:34Watching the girls walk down the aisle, I'm feeling the emotions build up.
14:38This is it.
14:42And I'm about to walk down the aisle to officially become Ms. Bolden.
14:46It's definitely hitting me that this is my last day of being a Johnston.
14:55Please stand.
15:03I am super thankful that the skies have opened up just in time for the ceremony to begin.
15:09I was very happy.
15:11And I tell people, having our wedding at my parents' house, this is where Bryce and I, you know, this
15:16is where it happened.
15:17This is where it all began for Bryce and me.
15:20Bryce and Liz, are we still friends?
15:26Oh, here we go.
15:27Oh, snap.
15:28We caught a lot more branches than we did actual things.
15:30Oh, yeah.
15:31But it was great.
15:31You look amazing.
15:33Thanks.
15:33You do, too.
15:33You look sharp.
15:35How was the kiss?
15:36Kiss was great.
15:37It's been a while.
15:38It's been a while, so it was great.
15:39Just candy and popcorn and stuff.
15:40Nice.
15:41So it makes me feel pretty happy he put this much thought into our two-year anniversary.
15:45Oh, this is awesome.
15:47I'm glad.
15:48Mm-hmm.
15:49Now we're parents.
15:50Now we have a house.
15:52So there's been a lot of changes and a lot of great things.
15:55We are getting married.
15:57Holy crap, we're engaged.
15:59We started here as neighborhood high school kids, and now we're about to be husband and wife.
16:10I love you, Dad.
16:11I love you, baby.
16:14As me and my dad are standing under the tent before we walk out into the ceremony, all the emotions
16:19were just kind of, I guess, starting to hit.
16:21And I know this is a big moment for him.
16:22This is a big moment for me.
16:24I'm physically four foot three inches tall, but today, the proudness, you know, it makes me ten foot tall.
16:30And I can't be more proud or more excited for Bryce and Elizabeth and Layton.
16:37Please stand.
16:44Walking down towards Bryce, it just kind of makes you sit there and think, like, this is it.
16:48This is who we've got for the rest of our life.
16:50And this is, you know, us officially making the commitment to, you know, spending our lives with each other.
16:57And I could not have, you know, been paired with a better partner.
17:06This is the first wedding for both of us, for our children.
17:10You know, there are a lot of emotions.
17:11Like, oh, my God, it's finally here, and I can just let go.
17:17Please be seated.
17:19Right as soon as I saw Elizabeth walking down the aisle, I immediately started crying like that and there.
17:24It just hit me that quick.
17:26Just that one moment right there, it just hit me.
17:30Like, it's a feeling I've never had before.
17:33It was, and I'm just like, I'm just a blessed man, super lucky guy.
17:38Friends, we are gathered here today in the sight of God to witness and to bless the joining together of
17:44Elizabeth Renee Johnston and Coleman Bryce Bolden.
17:50Elizabeth, will you have Bryce to be your husband, to live together in holy marriage, will you love him, comfort
17:58him, honor and keep him in sickness and in health, and forsaking all others be faithful to him as long
18:06as you both shall live?
18:07I will.
18:28Who now presents Elizabeth to be wed?
18:31Her mother and I.
18:33Thanks, Chad.
18:35And now this couple has chosen what I deem an extremely beautiful and dangerous act.
18:43They have written their own vows.
18:44So I'm going to ask for Elizabeth to share her words of promise with Bryce.
18:55Bryce, our love began so naturally.
18:57Just two kids who happened to go to the same school, lived in the same neighborhood, and to top it
19:02off on the same street just three houses away.
19:05I guess you could say we hit the jackpot.
19:08From those first shy hangouts to the beautiful life we felt, the home, the laughter, and our greatest blessing, our
19:14sweet little girl, our daughter, Leighton.
19:17Watching you with her amazes me in ways I can't even describe.
19:21You're patient, kind, humble.
19:23Everything a little girl could dream of ever in a father.
19:27And everything I could ever dream of in a husband.
19:30You make our family feel safe, steady, and full of love.
19:33And I'll never stop being grateful that she gets to grow up with you as her dad.
19:37And I get to grow old with you as my husband.
19:40You know, it started in the neighborhood.
19:43You know, we've been together this long.
19:46And now you're showing how much, you know, that she loves me.
19:50And how blessed we are to have our baby girl with us.
19:53I adore you more and more every day.
19:55And I'm so proud of the man that you've become.
19:57You're my best friend, my safe place, and my favorite person to laugh with when things don't go as planned.
20:03Which, let's be honest, is pretty often.
20:06So today, I promise to keep loving you like I always have.
20:09With lots of patience, laughter, faith, and with the same spark that just started three houses away.
20:14I promise to stand by you in every season.
20:17To celebrate every victory.
20:18And to always remember that our love story is my favorite one of all.
20:23I love you.
20:25We've been together this long.
20:26And now, you know, we're parents.
20:29And it's just a total different world now.
20:31And it's something, you know, it's something that we've always dreamed of.
20:36Elizabeth, from the first time we really talked, after I finally got the courage to message you,
20:41and then talk to you at school, I knew there was something special about you.
20:45You were beautiful, funny, stubborn in the best way.
20:48And had this happiness that pulled me in.
20:51Who would have thought that life had a plan bigger than either of us could have imagined?
20:56But it did, and I'm so thankful that it led me straight to you.
21:00Reciting my vows to Elizabeth, I was super, super nervous.
21:04And the day we became parents to our sweet little girl, Layton, my heart found a new kind of love.
21:09But I was also very pleased, happy, excited at the same time to get to say this to her.
21:17Watching you be her mom has been the greatest blessing of my life.
21:20You're patient, loving, and selfless in every way.
21:25You make everything feel like home for me and for her.
21:30You've given our daughter the best example of what love looks like.
21:33And I'll spend my life making sure she grows up, knowing how much her daddy adores her mama.
21:39You're my best friend, my fishing and hunting partner, and my forever person.
21:45There's no one else I'd rather get up early with just to sit in the quiet by the water.
21:51There's no one else I'd rather laugh with when things go as planned.
21:54And no one else I'd rather come home to at the end of every day.
21:58Having Layton be a part of our vows, it really was the icing on the cake for me.
22:02I mean, I will never forget that for the rest of our life.
22:06It's like we really allowed her to be a part of every part of our wedding.
22:09And I loved it.
22:11To make you laugh when life feels heavy.
22:14To protect this love we've built.
22:16And to always cherish the beautiful life we've created together.
22:21Bryce, if you would repeat after me.
22:24Yes, sir.
22:24Elizabeth, I give you this ring.
22:26Elizabeth, I give you this ring.
22:28As a sign of my vow.
22:29As a sign of my vow.
22:30And with all that I am.
22:32With all that I am.
22:33And all that I have.
22:34And all that I have.
22:35I honor you.
22:36I honor you.
22:37And if you put the ring on.
22:38Bye, bye.
22:51If you would face the congregation.
22:54Now that Bryce and Elizabeth have given themselves to each other by solemn vows.
23:00With the joining of hands and the giving and receiving of rings.
23:04I announce to you with great, great pleasure.
23:06I present Mr. and Miss Bryce Folding.
23:10Sir, you may kiss the bride.
23:17As soon as they declared us Mr. and Mrs. Bolden.
23:22And now we're the Bolden family.
23:24And I feel like it all came together like it should.
23:39I loved their ceremony.
23:40I loved every part of it.
23:41I liked Liz and Bryce's vows.
23:43I thought they were very sweet.
23:44And the fact that they wrote their own ones.
23:46And I thought in general everything was great.
23:48Ready?
23:48Late and ready?
23:49Whee!
23:51I feel like the ceremony turned out absolutely beautiful.
23:55The, you know, skies opened up.
23:57The sun.
23:58Of course, a little humidity.
24:00But, hey.
24:01Humidity trumps...
24:04Rain.
24:05Rain showers.
24:19Gosh, I've been looking forward to this for so long.
24:22So when I went tuck shopping, I got to try on a camo vest and I absolutely loved it.
24:29The men on the couches want to know, how do you like it?
24:32I like it a lot.
24:33I don't...
24:34Like, this is me.
24:36We're not doing camo.
24:37Liz said that she canceled the camo vest order.
24:42But, I was like, I'm still getting this thing.
24:44So I got in touch with the people.
24:47Said, hey, put my camouflage vest in that bag and give it to me.
24:53Because I'm going to wear this thing.
24:57Sweet.
24:59All right, where's that?
25:00Check.
25:01I decided to keep it a secret and surprise Elizabeth on our wedding day.
25:06And I know she's going to be like, what the heck, at first.
25:10But, I'm going to have to get her to like it as much as possible.
25:15Oh, wow.
25:17So Liz sees Bryce in the camo and she was definitely, like, kind of pissed.
25:21Are you kidding me?
25:23I'm going to kill you.
25:37Sweet.
25:38So, Elizabeth made it clear that she did not want me to wear any camouflage in the wedding.
25:45Oh, wow.
25:46But, you know, on the other hand, I'm like, no, I'm going to make it happen.
25:50There's going to be some way that I put camouflage into the wedding.
25:56Are you kidding me?
25:58So, I did everything in my power to get rid of that camo vest for the wedding.
26:03And I feel like it's just something that will haunt me for the rest of my life.
26:06Baby, I didn't...
26:07Hell no, it wasn't.
26:08I thought I hid that.
26:09I didn't wear it during the ceremony.
26:11That is...
26:12That's awesome, Liz.
26:14Surprisingly, when Elizabeth saw my camo vest, she just kind of smiled at me and, you know,
26:21kind of looked away for a minute.
26:22But then she looked back at me and just kept smiling.
26:25I'm like...
26:26Because it was just, like, one of those smiles, like, damn it, you did it.
26:30Oh, hell yeah.
26:31Yeah, that's awesome.
26:32It doesn't look bad at all.
26:33That's awesome.
26:34Bryce, I'm not Bryce, Liz.
26:36There could be mud work.
26:37It could be, like, the bake.
26:42Good evening, everyone.
26:44If you haven't had a chance yet, please find your seat, take your seat.
26:48As we get things moving along, we'll be introducing the bridal party and the newlyweds.
26:53It's time to start the reception and just have some fun.
27:01Bryce's older brother, Trey, and Jonah, all the boys did pretty good, but Trey stripped
27:06off his jacket and started kind of swinging it around like a stripper, and that was pretty
27:10good.
27:13The girls did good as well, and the fact that each of, you know, our bridesmaids and groomsmen
27:17had fun with it.
27:18We're going to do something new with, Mr. Elizabeth, Jonah!
27:29Bryce became a vest.
27:31I guess it was kind of cool because it did ramp up the crowd a little bit with them seeing
27:37Bryce change.
27:39Typically, they expect, like, the bride doing a dress change, and I'm sure nobody was expecting
27:44this out of Bryce because I sure wasn't.
27:58We did take a dance lesson to see what we could do to, you know, spice up and make our
28:03first
28:04dance as a married couple, you know, something a little more special.
28:07I would say our dance lesson at the studio, it was stressful.
28:14Too wide, too wide, too wide.
28:16You're coming out.
28:17I can't.
28:18He can't accept criticisms.
28:20We would get mad at each other when we would, like, mess up something.
28:25Uh-oh.
28:26Are we choreographed it?
28:28Girl, since I met you, nothing's been the same.
28:37I just don't want to meet you.
28:48Being neighbors three doors away.
28:50And we fast forward seven years later.
28:52Bryce is in our field on the river marrying my daughter.
28:55And it's great.
28:57It's their story.
28:59It's their love story.
29:02Dancing as husband and wife for the first time, it went pretty well.
29:05I was worried about him because he was so nervous with, you know, dancing in front of
29:09all these people.
29:11But once he literally saw that it's just our family members and our closest friends, he
29:16was okay, and he was more comfortable and happy.
29:19And even though maybe that camel vest kind of gave him that confidence, too, he did very
29:23well.
29:24Now, how about a round of applause for him?
29:27Move away.
29:30So, after Mon and Elizabeth danced together as husband and wife, now it's time for the
29:36father-daughter dance with me and Leighton.
29:39Dick.
29:41Precious.
29:48So, even though people can tell us that we went the non-traditional way of having a child
29:53before getting married, we kind of see it as a privilege and an honor because Leighton
29:59got to be a part of our wedding day.
30:01And she gets to keep a video for the rest of her life that her daddy shared his first dance
30:06with her on our wedding day.
30:07And this is how I dreamed it to be.
30:14Gosh, it was almost a mirror image to see that activity with Leighton in the ceremony.
30:22When I got married with Lori, it was Amber and Lori that I fell in love with.
30:29They were together when I first met them.
30:32And when we got married, Amber was just as excited, and it brought back a lot of memories.
30:38It really did.
30:50A little more round of applause.
31:03Mr. Trent Johnson, got a few words?
31:09Good evening, everyone.
31:11I hope everybody's enjoying this evening.
31:14Giving my father the bride speech is the proud moment, you know.
31:17This is a time to be able to share and reflect about Bryce and Elizabeth.
31:23Love shows up in many ways.
31:25Helping each other, working together, praising one another for their accomplishments, and even
31:30telling each other thank you is an important show of love.
31:34I love all three of you, Big Pup.
31:38Our loved ones put a lot of thought into their speeches.
31:41Advice to y'all, now that you're married, is to still date.
31:47Know that you've always got babysitters.
31:50We'll take her fishing, but no worries.
31:52We'll make sure she only holds the worms, that she doesn't eat the worms.
31:57And it definitely warmed my heart.
32:14Okay, so it's about to be party time.
32:17So after the cake, we are moving on to the garter toss.
32:21So let's get this thing started.
32:23And Bryce said he had a little plan up to sleep.
32:29So when I saw Bryce bringing out the fishing pole, I was like, oh my gosh.
32:33What if the hook, like, cuts Liz's leg or something?
32:37Like, this is, this could go wrong and maybe not the best idea.
32:43Woo!
32:44I'm right now!
32:53So after the cake, we are moving on to the garter toss.
32:56So let's get this thing started.
32:58And Bryce said he had a little plan up to sleep.
33:01Woo!
33:03I started kind of getting the idea on what Bryce wanted to do with the fishing pole.
33:08But it was more of, man, is this thing going to really work or not?
33:16I'm right now!
33:21There he is!
33:24Wow!
33:28And he tied it on.
33:29And then he acted like he was reeling in a big fish.
33:33Woo!
33:35When I set the hook and I'm trying to, you know, get the garter off Elizabeth, I was kind of
33:42struggling.
33:47So I ended up going like this.
33:48So yeah, she ended up...
33:49And it, like, slung.
33:56The joke in the family is that I'm the next in line to get married.
34:00I'm already planning for our wedding, even though we're not engaged yet.
34:05All right, on the count of three, guys are going to talk about George.
34:09Yo, catch it and get your picture taken with the groom.
34:11I think, you know, when you have anybody who's dated this long as us, you start thinking those thoughts and
34:16it's fair.
34:18But Ashley and I are kind of in the same boat with wanting to finish up school and get some
34:23things knocked out before we think about doing something like that.
34:27And those days will come.
34:37Now it's time for the ladies.
34:38All the single ladies are needing to fight over my bouquet.
34:48I did not try to catch the bouquet.
34:53I'm definitely not getting married anytime soon.
34:57It's, you know, it's funny that no little person there caught the bouquet or garter for obvious reasons.
35:05You know, try again next time.
35:07The mother-son dance is coming up next.
35:20You're very pretty.
35:23Being able to dance with Elizabeth for the father-daughter dance is definitely wonderful and another first-timer here.
35:32So it was great and a special moment.
35:36I love you.
35:39So now it's time to just open up the dance floor.
35:41It's time to just show up, show out, and have a good time.
35:55Allie and I were dancing.
35:56We all had fun, and some people weren't even breakdancing.
35:59They were breaking down.
36:00Yeah, they were breaking down good.
36:04Bryce's twin mother, Brett.
36:06Holy s***.
36:07I did not know that boy could dance like that.
36:09I didn't either.
36:10That was the best wedding gift I could have ever asked for from him.
36:19So at the end of the night, before we go to our grand exit, Bryce wanted to do a last
36:25dance while everybody was getting their sparklers ready.
36:28And that was very special because it was just him and I on the dance floor to end our wonderful
36:34night.
36:36It's very special because it's so bright, isn't it?
36:36How your green eyes turn blue in the sun
36:41As the wind catches your hand
36:46It's so lightening up
36:47I say that someday
36:48This could be love
36:51But you know I'm already there
37:12Looking forward for Elizabeth and Bryce
37:15now that they are married and Leighton.
37:17You've always got to keep in mind
37:20that you are just like Leighton is.
37:24You're growing, you're changing, you're evolving.
37:27You guys are, you know, a team and you've been a team.
37:32You have to continue that.
37:37Just be true to each other and love each other
37:41and respect each other.
37:43I agree with that.
37:44Communication is so important in a marriage.
37:47I just hope that they are happy together
37:50and they listen to one another.
37:51Don't judge one another.
37:53And just raise that baby together,
37:55which they have so far and I've been so proud.
37:58I think it's a wonderful feeling having the first Johnston kid
38:02married.
38:03And it's gotten a lot easier for Bapa
38:05because now I don't stumble saying,
38:07my daughter's fiance, my daughter's boyfriend,
38:10my daughter's partner.
38:11Now I can just say, my son-in-law.
38:13And father-in-law.
38:17Time to have some fun.
38:19This year, we are most excited about our family continuing to grow.
38:24Elizabeth and Bryce and Leighton enjoying, you know,
38:27their first year of marriage.
38:29And maybe giving her a brother or sister.
38:32Whoa.
38:33What?
38:33What?
38:36You have to get me out of this place.
38:38I can do that.
38:40All done.
38:41All done.
38:44Oh, we're officially married.
38:46We are.
38:47We are husband and wife,
38:49and you are a bold man.
38:50Mm-hmm.
38:52Mm-hmm.
38:54Mm-hmm.
38:56Mm-hmm.
38:57Mm-hmm.
38:59Mm-hmm.
39:00Mm-hmm.
39:01Mm-hmm.
39:01Mm-hmm.
39:02Mm-hmm.
39:02Mm-hmm.
39:02Mm-hmm.
