00:21you have a higher chance of being overweight, having poor sleep,
00:25and being physically inactive.
00:27Science Alert says your chances are even higher if you work over 40 hours
00:32and commute more than 5 hours a week.
00:34Researchers found that those who work in a high socioeconomic status area
00:38are more likely to have harmful drinking habits.
00:41Some even reporting drinking first thing in the morning to calm nerves
00:45or cope with a hangover.
