00:24scurts, sculptures made out of fabric, wool, scattered wool, colored wool pieces.
00:32So, this is very intentional.
00:34She really wants to point out the importance of crafts, and she wants to show this.
00:39You know, it's her intention to show this, and also the labor behind this,
00:43and which this labor is associated mostly to the domestic, to the woman, to the home, to the inside.
00:49But also, there's another point there, until the last two centuries, let's say,
00:54women were nowhere in artistry.
00:56You know, why?
00:57Because they were at home, and, you know, they were home keeping, taking care of the kids,
01:02cooking, mending, tending to the garden and everything.
01:06But yet, still, women, while they were doing all of those things,
01:10they were doing art at home, you know.
01:12They were knitting, they were making a kilt, they were weaving, things like this.
01:17And these were never actually placed in art history.
01:20So, this, we want, she also intentionally, you know,
01:23blurs that boundary between arts and crafts.
