00:00Sometimes I just want an easy, delicious, meaty snack. These garlic butter chicken bites are coated
00:04in a tangy, buttery sauce with plenty of garlic. To start, I have a bowl of some boneless, skinless
00:10chicken thighs cut into one-inch pieces. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, or really
00:15any seasonings you like. I like using chicken thighs because they are juicier, more tender,
00:19and more flavorful than chicken breast. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add
00:24the chicken in one layer and cook, turning once until brown, for about five to seven minutes.
00:28Then you're going to flip the pieces over one by one to cook the other side and get it nice
00:33and
00:33crispy as well. Then transfer to a plate. Add white wine, butter, and garlic to the pan. Cook, stirring,
00:39and scraping up any brown bits until reduced by half. Return the chicken and any accumulated juices
00:44to the pan and toss to coat. Remove from the heat and stir in some lemon juice and your favorite
00:49herbs.
00:49Then you can serve the garlic butter chicken bites on a plate with some toothpicks to serve to guests.
00:54You can use them as a great protein to add to your pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes,
00:58or even on a salad. All right, let's try these.
01:03Mmm. Mmm, so good. Super delicious. I'm a carnivore at heart, and that's why I love these chicken bites.
