00:06we're on the panhandle of Florida searching for a deal in Gulf Breeze nestled on a barrier island
00:13this tropical retreat offers 18 miles of serene shoreline and easy access to the clear waters
00:20and soft sands of Pensacola Beach waterfront property here can easily hit the market for
00:26seven figures but this flipper hopes his next challenge won't come close to the million-dollar
00:31mark get ready for a beachfront bargain hunt renovation come on dimples let's go check out
00:47the boardwalk for the beach look at her oh yeah she's already oh look okay let me show you all
00:54right this is what they consider Gulf Breeze proper one of the areas we're gonna be looking
00:59at okay okay my name is Blake I'm a real estate investor from Dallas Texas and I'm looking for
01:06property in Gulf Breeze Florida I have a wonderful new fiance named Lydia and I've got a wonderful dog
01:14her name is dimples I really like doing fixer-upper style jobs and the reason why is the payoff at
01:24the
01:24end and I'm not talking monetarily I love to be able to take kind of an eyesore and the neighbors
01:31come over and go I can't believe you guys were able to do this with that home I have a
01:39dream that
01:40I would love to have a beach house I can bring my family to for a couple of months during
01:45the year and
01:46then short-term rent it out for the rest of the year Gulf Breeze Florida is just a little town
01:54right
01:54next to Pensacola from Pensacola you take a three-mile bridge over to Gulf Breeze and then a one-mile
02:01bridge to Pensacola Beach it's awesome the beaches are great beautiful water and the people are super
02:08friendly I think I see it Tony dimples let's go for this house hunt my sister Tony has flown down

02:30the weekend Tony is an incredible designer she does all my designs for me she also does my interior
02:38decorating and so there's some opportunity here for me to get a house she would make things look
02:44wonderful people are gonna look at it go wow that's a place that's a room I'd like to be in
02:50y'all ready
02:51to see some houses yeah I want a three-bedroom at least two bath and I've got to have what
02:58I call the
02:58fun factor either it's going to be a deck or a pool or a hot tub or maybe a kid's
03:04playhouse we've got to
03:05be thinking about families and what families are going to want my all-in budget for this project is
03:12four hundred and fifty thousand dollars and that includes the renovation and everything some of
03:17these houses that I have lined up I think you'll be able to see you can both do your short
03:21-term idea
03:22and in the future be very happy okay so we'll see hopefully one of them fits the bill perfectly
03:28Tony has lined up some properties for us to go look at we're gonna be winging it we're gonna be
03:34hey what's this house like what's that what can we do here what can we do there I'm excited to
03:38see
03:38what you do find and dimples and I are gonna be having a good time on the beach doing her
03:43favorite
03:43thing making some friends while we scope out some houses Lydia is gonna be hanging out with dimples and
03:51and so we can narrow them down to just a few and then uh surprise Lydia with something
04:06so we're pretty close to this house tell me a little bit okay yeah what are we looking at you
04:10know how far from the beach are we I don't really so this first house is called sound side haven
04:15okay
04:16it's a three-bedroom two-bath it's 1,477 square feet a little on the small side so a little
04:24small
04:24but it's probably gonna be about 20 minutes to the beach and the listing price is $385,000 we're
04:33coming up on the house right up here to our right okay the neighborhood's nice yeah cute drive-up appeal
04:40yep all right yeah I'm excited about this one this is nice all right let's check this place out the
04:47exterior we're gonna have to spruce this up oh for sure for sure we need all new landscaping yeah
04:52that's gonna do you guys we gotta take all this out okay I love the high ceilings this makes well
05:01you know yeah but you know what we're gonna get rid of this carpet yeah you knew that before I
05:06even
05:07need it right we're gonna need to put new flooring in the whole house why is that because you're not
05:12gonna be able to match this oh that's true kitchen's great I love how it's open to the living area

05:19course yeah just anything open I mean it's granite especially with the short-term rental yeah because
05:24that you know you want you want fun factor you want to you want to be able to mingle mm

05:28um the appliances are in good shape the countertops are in good shape not my favorite cabinets but
05:34they're fine really and truly this thing just needs color and I think some fun wallpapers will liven it
05:41up well that's like the new thing is it that people are using oh man wallpaper is hot yeah especially

05:46like bathrooms little rooms not like everywhere you wouldn't do like would you do like a whole wall
05:50like a living room really like maybe that whole wall right there for sure mm-hmm okay well and fun
05:56you're the designer not me yeah let's go check out outside all right let's check it out because this is
06:02where we need some oh yeah palm trees okay that's good that's good oh it's big it's way bigger than
06:10I
06:10thought oh my gosh it's huge and what I would do is a pergola type uh you know a nice
06:17big one that's
06:17a big one where you could do outdoor kitchen here for sure right yeah and it's it's all covered I
06:23mean
06:23that'd be great yeah it would now look we haven't even seen the bedroom you want to take a look

06:31this one first um that's fine
06:37typical bedroom looks like it would be big enough to put a queen bed here I think this is the
06:42primary
06:42okay it has the bathroom right here yep you're right you know on suite good size shower good size tub
06:51I mean not that it's a big deal but these colors are funky yeah this is not a good no

07:00would have to redo this okay well let's check out the other bedrooms okay okay all right so this could
07:09be one of your guest bedrooms all it just needs is to be repainted and freshened up all right check
07:17this out okay well I mean this is gonna be probably two bunk beds because we've got to maximize the
07:21space you either got a bed there or you've got two singles here mm-hmm we want to I mean
07:27you can
07:27always do a pull-out couch in the living room yeah it's not ideal all right well what do you

07:35this one I mean it's uh it's I like it it's got the minimum amount of space I need I
07:41think we
07:42definitely um keep this one keep this one on the list for sure it's definitely not going off the
07:47list yeah what do we have next all right let me see let me pull it up and I want
07:56you to do even
07:57better we didn't have to do much to that one it doesn't need a lot of fix up but uh
08:02you know bump it up
08:03a knife all right so next we go to Oak Breeze it is a four-bedroom two-bath okay good

08:12square feet is that a little bigger than the last one a little bit bigger just barely but a little
08:16bit here's the kicker okay it has an enclosed carport that they've made into a primary suite okay
08:26that is not on included on the square footage oh yeah 10 minutes to the beach and guess what
08:34guess what's price guess what oh you mean guess the price uh-huh in Gulf Breeze proper I mean I
08:41haven't seen anything under 400,000 I've been looking for years 339
08:48it must need a ton of work you're gonna have to go into this one with an open mind
09:09okay here it is the trees are gorgeous oh yeah I love the color of the brick
09:15oh my gosh it does have a nice drive up see the big oak trees oh yes beautiful trees
09:27okay 1950s cute brick siding's in good shape yep siding is new yeah this needs to be redone

09:46room we gotta see let's go straight into the kitchen okay oh yeah just like the pictures oh boy
09:54well just in case the beach wasn't close enough we're at the beach it's not 10 minutes away it's 10
10:01seconds away oh yeah that might have to go total remodel here but it's a nice size kitchen the L
10:08whole shape is fine oh what is that do we have another bonus yeah is oh my gosh I think

10:17what that is what in the world I think that's a spice rack behind a door a screen door because
10:29everyone needs to keep their spices contained you can lock it in case the kids are getting into the
10:38spices stay out of the spices okay well we have a door is that a bedroom a bedroom right off

10:46kitchen I think so that's weird well here we go with funky stuff that I was talking about door door

10:54wood floors wood floors still look it's probably through all the bedrooms yeah doors needs new door
11:01everything's got to be touched yeah original it's original but it's kind of cute I kind of like the
11:07black and yellow it's a nice little bathroom I mean what I mean by nice it's a decent size
11:13there's no reason that it just can't be redone and looking nice it's fine all right so back in the
11:20living room oh careful this is a big step down wow so this is the converted this is why they
11:30did not
11:30include it on the square footage okay we still got we got exterior brick yeah okay um so this is
11:40where
11:40the garage started yeah this is just a tear everything out and start over this is this is hire the
11:51guy who
11:51said I can do it cheaper I can do it cheaper you're hired holy moly well are we gonna check
12:00out the
12:00outside yeah yeah I mean we've kind of seen the inside oh it's a great backyard this is huge yeah
12:07it's big
12:07this is over a quarter acre I bet well okay so let's think about the pluses okay great neighborhood
12:14wonderful neighborhood close to the beach here's the problem that I see with this house there's really
12:19not much fun factor inside it's gonna have to all be outside but outside there's a lot of expense just
12:26to kind of get it up to standards yeah when you get into something like this yeah there's unknowns
12:32you know right you don't even know what's behind that spice cabinet door hold of the room in there
12:39I've got a redo it's like some bonuses like get into another dimension oh maybe you get into the actual
12:46beach behind the beach they brought sand in all right next we have Oriole Oasis and Oriole Oasis is a
13:03three-two okay it is a little bit farther away from the beach really close to the Bayside but farther
13:10away from the beach it's priced really well 280. tell me more ah 280. 280 way under budget the house

13:22gonna be right up here on the left kind of cute right okay yeah so far so good it is
13:29literally a
13:30two-minute drive or a 10-minute walk to the bay I like the color okay oh well it has
13:42nice high ceilings
13:43that's good these are those floors we don't love so all new flooring yeah popcorn ceilings popcorn
13:53ceilings are gonna have to scrape be scraped and updated but it's nice and it's open to the kitchen
13:59it's open to the dining room um this kitchen needs to be gutted you know redo it get some new
14:07cabinets
14:07in here make it a little higher end do some granite or some quartz new appliances yeah because they
14:14don't match okay let's go check out the bedrooms okay this one is your first guest bedroom it's plenty
14:21big enough to have a queen bed this is gonna be just your typical secondary bedroom looks like maybe
14:28about ten by ten you'd only be able to have maybe one night stand but you can make it work
14:33so this
14:35way to the primary bedroom oh I love that it has a door to outside oh that's really nice we
14:43can make
14:44some fun colors in here you know me I'm gonna put some wallpaper up somewhere and it's probably gonna
14:49be in here and then you have direct access to an ensuite bath needs to be probably completely redone
14:57it does have a toilet room but it doesn't have a door to it so you can add a door
15:02there easy easy peasy
15:04all right so let's take a look and see what we can do out here I think I found the
15:09fun factor
15:11are you gonna jump on that because I'm not uh doesn't look like I need to be jumping on that
15:15that might have a 30 pound weight limit so we could do like a pergola across the whole back of
15:22the house
15:22maybe add a outdoor kitchen that would give it a little bit of fun factor don't you think
15:27absolutely all right so you know that backyard has some potential oh absolutely yeah I think the
15:35whole house has some potential yeah but obviously all three of the houses we have potential right
15:41so sound side that was the first one we saw it was on the larger side didn't need a whole
15:48lot done
15:49no it didn't huge backyard so that can really add some fun factor all right so after that we saw
15:56oak
15:56breeze oh great yeah it was obviously the one that needed the most work oh it needs everything it
16:03needs everything I mean everything probably gonna have to be touched total good job with that one
16:06but it did have great location you're really close to the beach there 10 minutes and then this house
16:13you know it's priced really competitively but again it's probably 20 minutes away from the beach
16:20true you're at the bay not the beach yeah you're in the bay so that's that's definitely a factor
16:26I mean they're all kind of up in the air it's depending on that on the price I can get
16:30them for
16:38we were looking for the perfect vacation home that we could also use as a rental but in the end
16:45we chose oak breeze right love that house love that house you're nine ten minutes from the beach
16:53depending on how fast your golf carts going that day it needs a lot of love lots of love it's
16:59almost
16:59like a clean slate listing price was 339 right I sent them an offer for 315 and they took it
17:07there
17:07was no haggling there so I offered a low but reasonable offer I know it's gonna turn out great
17:14it's gonna be so much fun we are gonna have so much fun hey Jim so our contractors Jim and
17:23we're gonna give
17:24him the ballpark idea and I'm wanting him to give me a ballpark number for out here it's not too
17:30bad we
17:31just need a crew to come and clean this we got lots of clean lots of cleanup now the backyard
17:37Jim this is
17:38that's where we're gonna have to spend some money we need that fun factor so we need a big deck
17:45from the corner
17:47from the corner of the house out to this window so basically the half of the house deck we're also
17:53gonna
17:53want a hot tub so we're gonna need electric for a hot tub okay so welcome to the kitchen the
18:01whole thing has to
18:01come out all new cabinets new countertops all new appliances and that whole wall gone what kind of
18:09floor do you want we would love in a perfect world to match up the wood and just bring the
18:15wood all the
18:16way through so it's a seamless transition that would look good so over here we have these three bedrooms
18:24each room is gonna have to be painted the popcorn removed off the ceiling new lights in every room new
18:30ceiling fans in every room we're gonna have to do all new doors okay and then the original bath
18:37originally we really did want to keep this because I think that tile is super cute but I don't think
18:42we're gonna
18:43be able to keep any of it okay the numbers to do it real carefully and not break any of
18:50the tile and get
18:52everything out may it may end up costing more you're gonna love this room okay you're gonna get to start
18:59all
19:00all over basically you're tearing all this out okay when you say all over you're talking about this
19:06partition the closet all of this that you see will just go away we would like for the new bathroom
19:13to
19:13start from this point we're gonna get rid of this window and it'll be a typical bathroom with just a
19:22shower
19:22vanity and closet the one thing Blake requested in his primary bath is a toilet room Jim yeah I got
19:34to have no privacy everybody's got to have their privacy right what kind of finished floor do you
19:41want you know in here we can just do the vinyl plank it's fine all in all everything that we
19:47looked at
19:48inside and out off the top of my head okay I was saying about 130 about that Jim came in
19:58at a hundred and
19:59thirty thousand dollars total remodel so I have a hundred and thirty five thousand dollars that I can put
20:05into this house but I don't want to do that I'd really like to be under the hundred thousand dollar
20:10mark that'll be a goal that's our goal and anywhere we definitely cut some cars we might be able to
20:16get
20:16away with okay all right thank you we really appreciate you coming by we've got Jim here today we're
20:37starting the demo and we're gonna focus on the kitchen we are gonna pop all that tile floor up
20:46this tile scraper basically it's supposed to just go right under the surface of the tile and literally
20:52just kind of buzz right through it but this is the most sturdy durable tile sub floor I've ever seen
21:00in
21:00my life and we're just going nowhere fast
21:06this is not what I envisioned no it's supposed to just sit right there well that's unusual yeah I
21:14have a pneumatic one it's not on wheels it's just like a maniac scraper right yeah I don't even know
21:20what's gonna happen when we use Jim's tool it still just might be a ton of elbow grease trying to
21:25get
21:26this this tile out of here but in the meantime Jim and his crew were able to get most of
21:33that kitchen
21:33wall demoed and they started doing the demo on that primary bath and then when Jim and his crew took
21:43off to get some materials from the lumber yard we figured we'd jump right in and pick up where they
21:53left off here you go all right way to go Tony I know you want to keep that yes in
22:00the dumpster
22:01it's probably a good place to keep it look at that you're going fast when I brought Lydia down here
22:10I
22:10don't think that she realized that we were actually going to get our hands dirty and start ripping up
22:15cabinetry and stuff like that but she's such a good sport I mean she just jumped right in there
22:34I've never done any kind of home renovation work or or been around it this close to something of
22:40scale I think it's been pretty fun to come in here and help out I have never worked that thing
22:45whatever
22:46that saw is so so that's kind of a nice thing Lydia and I and Tony got to get our
22:53hands dirty a
22:54little bit take out those cabinets finished taking out that wall good work everybody
23:10we have made a ton of progress here recently and the kitchen once we got in and tore out all
23:18those
23:19cabinets I noticed that we had the old old 1950s cast iron plumbing so we had to totally redo the
23:28plumbing the other thing that I noticed old old cloth wiring and that's not even insurable sometimes so
23:36we've gone in and done all new wiring all throughout the house which is going to add about ten thousand
23:42dollars to the budget Jim and his crew man they are really busting it today the primary bedroom that has
23:56totally been gutted we've got the studs the framing that's going up so we're gonna be able to get a
24:02better
24:03look at exactly how this thing's going to be laid out I like what is going on here I mean
24:11they're
24:11really getting some great quality work done today
24:30today we have one goal that is to figure out what the exterior paint color is gonna be and slap
24:35some paint on see what it looks like see what it looks like in the Sun see what it looks
24:37like when
24:38it dries I'm liking the blue that is really dark but it's pretty we are in a navy town and
24:47this is
24:47naval this is blue angels blue so maybe it's meant to be we have to paint the house that color
24:55though
24:56right I know well just throwing that out there just throwing that out there I might be a little
25:02partial to the navel but I'm gonna let Tony make the final decision here and go with her gut feeling
25:09they're all drying better more green is coming out as it dries it has a lot of yellow in it
25:15though
25:15I'm not loving all the yellow in that color and this one to me I think it's too dark in
25:22all the shade
25:23that this house gets I think we're gonna have to go with something lighter not this light I'm really
25:27leaning towards this one it's just kind of a blue with a little bit of gray mixed in really good
25:32up
25:33against that natural wood tone of the deck and the white accents right and there's nothing anywhere
25:38close to this color in the neighborhood for sure so this will make the house stand out hopefully not
25:44the bad way not in a bad way right I'm excited it's been a few weeks and we've had a
25:59lot of progress
26:01this was the spice rack that you loved I'm not sad to see that spice rack go and it makes
26:07perfect sense
26:09to come in to the primary from here instead of coming in from the living room we've changed the
26:15location of the entrance to the primary it was in the living room you went straight from the living
26:20room right into a bedroom we changed that to go between the kitchen and utility rooms it gives you a
26:26nice private hallway getting into your primary bedroom when we got into demoing the floor in the
26:34kitchen we noticed wood floor underneath that tile floor but some unexpected things have happened I was
26:44hoping for an easy transition with two inch wood floor from the living room into the kitchen but when
26:51we got into there it was a four inch floor which didn't match at all the good news is the
26:58flooring guy
26:58came and said all right Blake well you've got some two inch wood floor here that's hard to find
27:03but I've got it and I can put that white oak down we can stain it and it's going to
27:09look perfect so
27:10what we have to do now is just find the perfect stain he's emailed Blake some different samples we're
27:15going to take a look on his computer and see if we can find one that we agree on all
27:20right so here are
27:21the colors that we've got this one's kind of a honey oak it's got some good browns in it yeah
27:28that's a
27:29pretty color I have this because this is what we're doing in the primary you know it's not the exact
27:35same
27:35as this but it would transition really well because they're in the same color family and you know would
27:40go nice with different colored cabinets okay so that's something to consider okay let's take a look
27:45at the next one the next one's called whitewash basically yes that's a whitewash over white oak I
27:51would really like something maybe with a little bit more color so let's see I think you're gonna like
27:56that oh yeah that one's beautiful that one gives me that beachy feel as a matter of fact if you
28:01brought
28:01some sand in here and threw it on that floor it would probably be the exact same color you won't
28:05see dirt on it I love how light it is I think it'll really reflect the light and make the
28:10space feel
28:11bigger I love it got our flooring let's go I'm excited about today we're gonna paint this brick
28:21and I got some surprise outfits for Lydia I think she's gonna love it oh my goodness all right
28:30she's ready am I painting or am I going to the moon I'm not quite sure you need to get
28:37yours on
28:38and let's get this started I figured we'd protect ourselves from the paint and uh you know I just
28:44grabbed the first thing I could find didn't turn out to be the absolute best outfit
28:55how do you like the form I kind of like it this paint is a one coat paint meaning it's
29:02got the
29:02sealer in it and everything I only spent 450 bucks probably total and doing it ourselves saves us about
29:10eight thousand dollars in labor cost how'd you get paint all over you we got the front of the house
29:27painted entirely and just over an hour so we've probably got 30 minutes on the side and an hour
29:35on the back we can have this whole thing knocked out today and I think it's gonna look great
29:51the new two-inch white oak wood floors are here ready to be installed in the kitchen
30:01we're really confident that they can match the new floors with the old floors so we can have
30:06a nice cohesive space it all flows perfectly once the floors are installed that's when the work in the
30:13kitchen really begins that's when we can do the countertops the cabinets and the appliances and then
30:21the whole house comes together the amount of work that has gone on and the progress that we've made
30:32huge progress I'm excited to see it all let's talk about the secondary bathroom the tubs in the tiles in
30:41the vanities in and we've got the primary shower pan and tiles in so excited to see that you might
30:49be a little
30:50surprised there I chose one tile he accidentally ordered a different tile and there's nothing we can do about it
31:01what else what else has gone on the decks the decks okay they have done the work on the back
31:08deck
31:08I'm excited to see that and see how that came to fruition we decided to maximize as much of the
31:16outdoor space as possible so we decided to expand the front porch by adding a new deck that runs along
31:23the front of the house and I'm just thrilled because now we have room for new chairs a table
31:29some fun factor and it'll be another cool hangout spot I love how the banister railing turned out we
31:37have a neat X pattern it's also going to coordinate with some shutters I've chosen to go across the
31:41front of the house I you know had that in my mind but I wasn't really sure exactly how it
31:47would look and
31:48it just they did a great job we got our kitchen cabinets just being delivered here that's a lot of
31:58cabinets we've got all hands on deck the crew is putting those cabinets together and then installing
32:07those kitchen cabinets we went with a traditional shaker cabinet white on top blue on the lowers we
32:15needed the white just to brighten up that kitchen the kitchen only has one small window so we really
32:21needed to brighten up and we thought with the beach feel in the beach town blue is just going to
32:27be a
32:27traditional that will last the test of time and then the granite people they're here to measure for
32:37the countertops for our countertops we have granite we love these little brass flack or flake whatever you
32:44would call it flat gold flakes in there gold flakes okay yeah they have this down to a science we
32:51are
32:51so close to the finish line I can't even believe it this is all going to go back into that
33:02primary
33:03bedroom the house is really coming together really I just want to see like what works better the blue or
33:09the green yeah I mean this has a little bit of green in it now we just have some design
33:13things to
33:13do we have a few little color schemes we have to pick out I have the artwork that has blue
33:18and green
33:19hang some art we have to hang some mirrors and really other than that I think we're good to go
33:24we have lots of texture going on lots of different colors this one even brings the blues and the greens
33:30and it's kind of fun and it's a little beachy little beachy yeah most of my designs are more about
33:38comfort
33:38and making people feel comfortable and my aesthetic is really just what I like thank you it's not
33:46necessarily this goes with this it's just I go out and I pick pieces that I like and somehow it
33:52kind of
33:52comes together all right all right that's good enough okay it's almost like a beach yoga mat type
33:59thing like a beach mat right don't they have like beach carpets or something I don't know well we're
34:03gonna have to get it under the bed can you ask Lydia oh yeah Lydia yeah we've got to stay
34:11with a
34:12reasonable budget on decor one two three okay and she did a amazing job making it beachy but not cheap
34:23beachy and the colors and the textures I'm amazed again again I actually was one that made this choice
34:32and I would think oh my gosh yeah I believe that for a second nice try though this is it
34:48this is it
34:49all right Lydia Tony and Dimple we all just picked up dad from the airport that's the first person I
34:57wanted to kind of just show them all the details and things that we've done we're
35:01excited to get him here to see that this is awesome the paint is all new this was just red
35:12brick I love the color I think basically everything other than the roof is new so really a complete
35:19transformation out here all of this was just dirt Wow you wouldn't imagine all the stuff that I found in
35:27this flower bed Dimple's had about 20 toys and balls that we've found I found a trailer hitch love
35:34these flowers did Tony design this I did I did well I learned from the best so I kind of
35:41had a high
35:41standard to live up to you we did always have the nicest yard because he was out there 24 7
35:46working
35:47on it what were you avoiding you I was supposed to be causing trouble yeah you know you can see
35:58this front porch oh it's a cute little front porch I think it's going to be comfortable you could kind
36:03of get to know your neighbors when they walk by be a nice place to have coffee in the morning
36:07yeah we
36:07just made a cute little cozy space you did great wow this is amazing when we started it was kind
36:21of a
36:21dark cave with a really weird door and we opened it up and kind of made it a bright space
36:28this is
36:28fantastic I love how you brought everything together you like incredible vision well thank
36:34you Dimples likes it too this is kitchen oh a lot of the kitchen I like all that space I
36:45couldn't even
36:46envision getting a table in here yeah it was so small and so we open this up and then of
36:54course you
36:54got to redo the floor right so we got them to come in with this white oak and match brand
37:00new stuff

41:11today wow this is amazing when we first saw this house this house was just strange odd and just in
41:22complete disrepair and now it has completely been transformed we have touched every surface and
41:30updated it check out Tony's life that she found oh that is so cool she did such a great job

41:38this stuff out working with my sister is just awesome we make a great team and I'm so lucky to
41:47have her oh here comes the monster oh oh our budget for the remodel was 130 as we started doing
41:56the
41:57project and I thought wait a minute that needs to be better this needs to be better luckily I had
42:01the
42:01resources to do those things and I ended up spending a hundred and sixty five thousand but it turned out
42:08great now we're all in at four sixty five but I'm okay with that Vicki has said after looking at
42:16the
42:16property that she would listed for six hundred and seventy five thousand that's great news great news we needed
42:29something to pop and to be totally different and that's what I need to convey to people who are looking
42:37to rent this place on a short-term rental they want to come to something special and I hope that
42:44we have
42:44provided a special living arrangement for them
