00:00positive oh check this out this is strange this came from 200 feet in the money pit
00:05that's incredible oh yeah oh you got it oh my gosh oh wow it's treasure from the money pit
00:12spoils that's amazing yeah and it's ours
00:19there is an island in the north atlantic where people have been looking for an incredible
00:25treasure for more than 200 years so far they have found a stone slab with strange symbols carved
00:33into it man-made workings that date to medieval times and a lead cross whose origin may be connected
00:41to the knight's templar to date six men have died trying to solve the mystery and according to
00:50legend one more will have to die before the treasure can be found
01:10oh guys it's a new day so i'm optimistic here in money pit one terry remind me what depth we
01:16finished at yesterday finished up at 138 okay winter is fast approaching on oak island which
01:22means the year will soon come to an end for rick marty and their team but as they excavate a
01:29key
01:29target in the money pit area they may have all the time they need to solve a 231 year old
01:36mystery
01:38we're just about 12 to 20 feet short of the actual solution channel top so high hopes we're just now
01:44getting to the most interesting depth and it's only going to get better from here on out and that's
01:48music to my ears because that means there could be artifacts at any level we're going through
01:54the seven foot diameter shaft known as money pit one or mp1 is located in a region where soil and
02:02water tests for more than 200 feet deep in the solution channel have revealed unnaturally high traces of
02:12silver
02:13all right terry let's get stuck in got it and even more compelling is the fact that those silver levels
02:23match the
02:24composition of the so-called pit blado coin a 14th century silver coin reportedly extracted from the original
02:31money pit in 1849 by a drilling foreman named james pit blado
02:36all right
02:42big signal in like
02:47there
03:03is that it
03:04inches it's a little bigger than that inch and a half stuff so it's a little different isn't it
03:10yeah okay we're interested to see how old that is yeah well that was an interesting go what'd you
03:16find two inch pipe two inch pipe yeah so the last time we found two inch pipe out here that
03:23dated in
03:24the lab to mid 1800s right we figured it may be connected to the pit blado incident right yeah
03:28i think this is more of that same pipe yeah earlier this year as the team was core drilling just
03:35a few
03:36feet from this location they recovered an identical piece of drill pipe that was scientifically dated
03:42to the same era as james spade plato's drilling operation we are chasing the collapse of the
03:49money pit so it's possible that we are in the vicinity of the original money pit exactly interesting
03:54artifact hey guys hey hello morning how you doing well we're 151 right we're going to push pretty
04:02hard here on this these next few uh turns sounds good that's good everything from here on out is going
04:08to be good for us i think yeah good okay guys thank you for the update yeah see you mark
04:13onward and
04:15downward for sure target depth's about 215 we just got to get down there as the dig continues in the
04:23mp1
04:25chat hey laird fiona i got my support troops here today you sure do yeah marty brings rick to the
04:32mysterious stone cradle on lot eight to update him on a potentially important recent discovery so rick
04:39i dug a trench over there to see if there was something underneath it what if it covered the tunnel
04:45then i dug down to bedrock yeah you both observed i was pounding on it the teeth were scraping and
04:53you
04:53were hitting it directly yeah after the team previously found evidence of both silver and a
05:00possible shaft buried below the mysterious cradle of stones marty dug a trench to the side of it in
05:07search of a possible tunnel however he was surprised to reach bedrock just six feet down which is at a
05:15shallower depth than the cradle feature here's where you come in ian laird never hit bedrock in the
05:22stone cradle it's as if this was dug through the bedrock right topographic change of rock over a
05:29short distance isn't something i've experienced anywhere it's impossible to be more surprised than
05:35we were to find that rock cradle it's intentional it's purposeful so i think there's more work to be done
05:41to come to an understanding of what this is is there something hunter here we need to find out
05:47the lot eight feature represents one of the most enigmatic finds on the island
05:52and feeling in laird of taking the time to uncover the cradle but we're going to run out of time
05:58here
05:58there's there's no question about it perhaps we need to take a different approach well if we want
06:04to know how far bedrock is there the only thing i can think of is basically a hammer drill if
06:09you want to
06:10keep on going down down down here you need like a pneumatic hammer drill yeah yeah a hammer drill would
06:16work often utilized in masonry a hammer drill is a power tool that simultaneously rotates and hammers
06:25an attached auger bit into a hard surface such as stone or concrete the percussive motion allows the drill
06:33to penetrate denser objects more efficiently than a standard drill
06:38and it wouldn't shake and vibrate the cradle no it doesn't shake doesn't do anything just check it
06:42it's more that i'm thinking of shaking the rocks loose that i don't wish to come loose yeah
06:46what do you think no it sounds good yeah you know if we're not finding the bedrock i think we
06:53need to keep on going just in case there's a shaft or a tunnel underneath here i mean while we're
06:58here
06:58we should get it done no we don't want to do it invasively or destructively but i think to your
07:03point i'd like to know where bedrock me too rick i mean both of you have said that many many
07:08times
07:09you know is there something hiding under here let's do this for right now we don't have the
07:13right equipment right now let's go talk to billy and see what he's got yeah and uh then we'll come
07:17back here and see if we can get to the bottom of this all right see you later
07:24meanwhile hey katya hi steve how's it going here really good this area has just been amazing for us
07:30we're digging through a lot of the old spoils from old searchers steve guptill joins katya drayton
07:37and billy gerhardt several yards south of the money pit area to search the so-called dunfield spoils
07:45these are several mounds of earth that were excavated from the money pit by robert dunfield
07:50in 1965 during his unsuccessful effort to recover the treasure
07:57it could be quite exciting today let's find some treasure yeah let's find something yep
08:03robert dunfield's efforts to conduct his big dig certainly pushed a lot of spoils
08:09piles in the money pit down the hill and they were never really investigated for clues to the
08:15area we are now intent on exploring so the hope is that we will find artifacts that will help us
08:22unravel what happened in the money pit long ago
08:32oh you got a hit that sounds really good it sounds really good
08:38oh it's small to hand on ferris right here yep all right where would you like it anywhere in front
08:46of
08:50me is fine
08:51this one now we'll give it a little pinpoint in the hole see if we can turn it
09:00oh i'm on it oh you got it oh my gosh
09:08it's very clean what is that i mean the things that really don't corrode are precious metals
09:17while searching spoils that were removed from the money pit by treasure hunters more than 60 years
09:22ago i think that we just found a silver coin oh wow katya has just made a potentially critical discovery
09:31i've learned that when you don't have what do you call the beveled edges milled edges milled edges
09:36yes okay so that dates back to older much in the late 17th century sir isaac newton who also served
09:46as the master of the royal mint of england was the first to design coins with milled edges
09:52this was done in order to combat counterfeiting now you know you can see something written on the
09:58edge there could that mean that this silver coin may date back to the 1600s or even earlier we've
10:07been looking for silver in the money for a long time and based on what dr spooner has shown us
10:11there
10:12is a bunch of silver up there somewhere could be a whole bunch of that somewhere right i should run
10:16that back to the lab i agree good fine gotcha thank you later that day
10:24is there a vault below here or something this could tell us rick marty craig and other members of the
10:31team arrive at the man-made depression on lot eight dubbed the stone cradle
10:38laird as long as he's in that square area he can drill multiple holes oh yeah absolutely in our world
10:44it's transitioned from archaeology to geology when you bring it up we'll get the sample start your engines
10:51laird is allowing the team to punch a three-foot hole in the bottom of the cradle with a hammer
10:56drill
10:57to collect new soil samples and look for evidence of man-made workings buried deeper below
11:05going there he goes
11:08what if we just don't even encounter the bedrock at all that would tend to mean something and whatever
11:14might be interesting is deeper yet that went down quite far it doesn't seem like it's bedrock well
11:20we're about to find out trade spots and i'll take that sample it's pretty gritty
11:33that's enough but look at the color in that it doesn't look like bedrock to me okay well let's drill
11:40a boulder that has slate and see how yeah let's see what the difference is and we see what the
11:44cuttings look like and the penetration rate and all that stuff in order to be sure that they have not
11:50drilled through the slate bedrock beneath the cradle feature the team will now drill into a nearby boulder
11:56that is also composed of slate this will allow them to see if the drill experiences the same kind of
12:03resistance
12:09a little bit harder it's kind of what i thought that's not bedrock no
12:17i bet you the uh bit's heating up a lot more than it did as well
12:22the conclusion has to be that it's not on bedrock
12:25is there a feature or or a void or a tunnel or a shaft underneath the cradle or close by
12:33okay here's what we can be certain of we're not done with this i agree not till we get an
12:38answer
12:40of all the frustrating archaeological weights we have had to endure this one is the most
12:46aggravating i thought by the end of this year we would have figured it out but we haven't the
12:52archaeologists are incredibly protective of the site for good reasons but i'd really like to know what's
12:58at the bottom of it because i know there's a good chance of something really interesting
13:02well i think it's good that it gives us a little bit of time to actually do some research on
13:05this
13:06as well and we certainly know it's purposeful and extremely significant well let's run with that in
13:11meantime we will leave you to it for now thanks okay let's go okay thank you guys thank you after
13:19finishing their work on lot eight watch your back i'm gonna shake dylan just watch yourself
13:26while the dig proceeds in the mp1 chat welcome back to the lab everybody emma's ready with some data
13:34members of the team meet to receive a scientific report on the believed silver coin found near the
13:40money pit area well right off the bat i'm just going to confirm that it is silver solid silver
13:47it's a silver alloy what did you get what percent 87 oh that's good enough for me yeah that's a
13:56silver
13:56coin it's a silver coin yeah what do you make of that it is very worn um it took a
14:02lot of effort to
14:03get a good image in the ct scan what you're seeing on the screen right now is all that remains
14:09on the
14:10coin so you have the back of the head which is very clearly remaining you have a very clear mvs
14:19and then some lettering over here wow which is great for identification so this is an overlay of the
14:26cg image on top of the coin that i found on the coin database oh yes you can certainly see
14:33that
14:35and i got an exact match with the six pence uh william the third wow really so it's english that's
14:44amazing yeah and that all aligns with this corner right there you can see the ribbon perfectly yeah oh
14:54yeah now that you show that i can see it right in the coin yeah cool what date are you
15:01putting on
15:01this so the date range is 1697 to 1701 oh what date are you putting on this so the date
15:13range is 1697 to
15:151701 wow it's so significant that is a full hundred years before discovery of the money thing i think
15:24it's great yeah in the lab emma has confirmed that a silver coin found in the dunfield spoils is more
15:31than three centuries old common people weren't carrying silver this probably wasn't a worker no somebody of
15:39means right yeah a hundred years before the money pit was discovered is a heck of a long time a
15:45very
15:45long time that's a big deal these late 1600 dates lead you one of two places either that's the time
15:53of
15:53the depositor or searchers that were searching before the money pit was discovered bottom line this is a
15:59silver coin and i would call it a piece of treasure i think it's an incredibly important discovery but just
16:04like almost everything we've found all over the island continues to provide partial answers and then
16:10pose a lot more questions we found a silver treasure coin in money pit spoils on oak island it's treasure
16:19from the money pit spoils it's silver it's it's it's ours it's the end of the year and we're hoping
16:27to
16:27find more coins or a chest or a keg full of the portuguese treasure coins but it validates the
16:34reason why we're here i'm not willing to give up on solving the mystery i mean we say it all
16:39the time
16:40sempre avanti you you do not stop very cool a big well done to everybody involved all right let's go
16:48see
16:49later thank you no problem as a new day begins on oak island guys hey guys the two gentlemen we
16:59want
16:59to see where are we how deep so we're about at 195 down good stuff 95 got it rick and
17:07other members
17:07of the team monitor the progress of the mp1 shaft which has now reached the solution channel
17:15just hope we'll find one thing we're working on it we'll keep you updated thank you thank you
17:21appreciate it yes sir go over there find something a lot of muck and mud yeah got something
17:46it's in here whatever it is it's like a heavy jumping metal yeah don't know what it is until it's
17:53washed off so what's it this is a piece of twisted metal from the mp1 spoils at the moment but
18:01when it
18:02goes back to the lab maybe emma runs scans and tell us it's something completely different
18:09there's a lot of stuff caked on it for sure this could be some kind of bladed tool because i
18:15see a
18:16curve on it see if the other guys can make head and the tails of it it's very heavy whatever
18:23it is
18:23it's been down there a long time this is really really hard it's been on there for a long time
18:29let's bag it terry i don't know what it is but it certainly has the appearance of being old thank
18:34you
18:34all right we've got another load waiting for us find some more
18:48yeah that is strange good going billy yep
18:55check this out i watched it and i see this oh yeah stain in it
19:00what do you think it is that sure looks like exotic wood why why do you say the colors on
19:07it
19:07really and and the curb that shouldn't be here oh this is strange this linearity and that staining
19:15could be palm tree yeah we don't know where that's from i mean we're on an island and we know
19:22people
19:22have traveled from a long way away to this island by boat you know it'd be really cool if you're
19:27right
19:27here yeah come from 200 feet in the money pit that's incredible this is wood from the bottom
19:34of the solution channel and wood should not be at this depth unless it were pushed down from above
19:41get a bag peter put it in the bag we need to talk to experts if this is an exotic
19:47wood
19:47it would lend credence to an old world ship coming to the new world
19:51all right let's take a look at this let's get stuck in
19:58the year has come to an end we're within a few hammer grabs of being done and i hope we
20:04find the
20:04one thing or solve the mystery or find the treasure i still have every fiber of my being believes that
20:11oak island is real the mystery is real i want to know what happened here
20:19a lot of rounded stuff
20:27oh no solid it's we're probably getting very close to the bottom yeah
20:35hey guys hey how you doing we're on bedrock bottom of the hole okay
20:42what are the final numbers 210 okay
20:47we gave it a good shot man we did 100 we did
20:53we should all be quite proud of what we all did oh yeah
20:57i love the fact that the money pit even though it denies us answers
21:03at the end of the day we walk away with our heads hell off thank you
21:12sometimes you get the ball across the goal line and sometimes you don't
21:15but we did learn some things and we made some discoveries which may be impactful as we delve into them
21:23you can't deny the science there is silver at death down in the solution channel
21:29i'm not willing to give up till we find it
21:35hello hey marty hey rick what's going on you know this is the uh last case on yeah good news
21:44is that it was a technical success the concept of the treasure having fallen to death
21:50everything we encountered would have permitted that to happen there's no question about that
21:55yeah and we got down 210 we bottomed out and unfortunately we we didn't find it well you know
22:03rick i agree it sounds like proof of concept is there we know it can happen but we missed and
22:09we were both hoping for the one thing being found here and that one thing being distinctly treasure
22:15right but if we think about the year in its totality i think there's a lot to be proud of
22:22i think there's
22:23a lot to be happy about yeah well rick you know thank you for the news i'll digest it actually
22:30i've been
22:31meaning to mention this to you uh dr spooner has an idea on how we could refine and maybe understand
22:38what's really going on in the money pit area and where that treasure still could be
22:42so we all need to assemble in the war room right we'll let him present his idea and i think
22:48you'll
22:48like it okie doke all right see ya welcome to everybody we have reached the end of this year's
22:56exploration which makes this a last meeting hello terry and derek hello marty i think a good place to start
23:04is with this heat map that steve made some time ago to update it for this year's efforts the idea
23:10is
23:10to say where are the spots we have found artifacts earlier this year surveyor steve guptill created a
23:19so-called heat map it illustrates where the team has made their most significant discoveries noting
23:26their approximate dates of origin by using different colors so far we have found about 800 artifacts on
23:32my laird is his own team they find hundreds more than that we found about 1200 artifacts this year
23:37and then let me go over the hot areas most of the artifacts that you see are from the last
23:42two years
23:43if it's in the 1700s i've been clicking orange if it's earlier than that i click pink it was 1800s
23:50to now yeah let me turn off every color except pink wow there's an overwhelming amount of evidence
23:59that shows that people were here earlier than we originally believed it's almost indisputable that
24:05there was island-wide activity to a fairly large scale that's significant is it not it is significant
24:14yeah we just need to know who and why and when yeah and what they were doing yeah well we
24:22also know
24:22that the lot eight boulder was moved and looking up there on the heat map that would have had to
24:27be
24:27work that was done earlier that's a huge anomaly that's a great segue to go to lot eight and to
24:33me
24:34this boulder came out of nowhere this year something rather significant had to happen here
24:40where did there anything like it in nova scotia that you know i haven't found anything like it
24:44in north america i think it's much older i would not be surprised if it got us into the 1200
24:50range
24:52the team was stunned to discover a 40 000 pound boulder on lot eight this year that was covering
24:58the cradle of stones and a potential shaft deeper below it however prior to that they had found two
25:05curious artifacts on the lot one a lead bag seal that may date back some 700 years and the other
25:13was a copper artifact with symbols that may be connected to the knight's templar well and rick
25:19you've got some white that you can shed on the lot eight boulder from that trip to the azores yes
25:23we
25:24wanted to find if there is some evidence that the templars or associated groups in the 1300s
25:32needed to safeguard a treasure via the azores prior to coming to oak island we went to a megalithic site
25:40and on the way up the hill i just noticed a huge stone but it had slots carved into it
25:46and to me it's
25:48it was so similar to the spacing and the lot eight boulder that rock has a big void to me
25:57purposely built
25:58underneath it which brings me to what scott did yesterday so yesterday we went out and got a
26:04large hammer drill three foot long corbett and when we drilled in there we didn't find bedrock
26:10okay well here's what's certain there's a lot more work to do on this boulder on lot eight
26:15including digging underneath it there still could be a tunnel there could be a shaft well there could
26:21be treasure there could be treasure gary we need to completely eliminate any question as to what might
26:27have been done underneath that boulder but let's shift over to lot five which has been hugely
26:32significant so we have this feature which became two features which became three features this year
26:39the team made a number of new discoveries in the rounded stone foundation near the shore on lot five
26:46that suggest it was occupied by different groups over different periods prior to the discovery of the
26:52money pit these include a folded coin meant to represent a religious symbol of protection
26:58that may be more than 300 years old they also found a decorative lead artifact that may date back
27:05more than 700 years and in just the last month they began investigating what was previously thought to be a
27:14modern well just a few yards away but after digging next to it they discovered evidence that it is a
27:21much
27:21larger feature and may be connected to the rounded foundation and my understanding laird it wasn't just
27:29a domicile something different than that correct we've always looked for the camp if there was this
27:35tremendous activity at the money pit it would have taken men and animals and support structures and all kinds of
27:42of stuff and maybe lot five is what we've been looking for we have evidence here that substantiates
27:47that and we have possibly found a road that might be a a way to move the treasure here on
27:53oak island the
27:54sand road and again it leads us down a path of discovery in the swamp the sand road potentially changes
28:01the
28:01whole island while excavating the western side of the swamp still sandy the team was surprised to uncover
28:10a sand covered cobblestone road that was lined with eight-sided wooden survey stakes and as they kept
28:17exposing the mysterious feature they found signs that it may run through the center of the island
28:24toward lot five as well as through the swamp toward the believed portuguese stone road
28:32i find the sand road really interesting now we were always looking for a connection between the money pit
28:38and lock five then perhaps the sand road is the connection that it could lead literally to a place
28:44where treasures deposited good excellent
28:52the sand road could lead literally to a place where treasures deposited exactly
28:59i love this little ox shoe that was found along that path i only mean one thing and that's all
29:05in
29:06we thought that the portuguese stone road that we call it was a big job well you know look at
29:10the length
29:11of this thing they might be the same thing right this sand road is a continuation of center road
29:17that means that it's there much earlier than we first thought agreed and so we have these in front
29:23of us are what we believe to be a hand cannon and four stone shots these two are from previous
29:31years
29:31they're both from the azores but then this year we find two more actually derek found them on the wash
29:37plant and here's the ultimate point no country significant was using them after about 1450. so
29:44what are those doing on oak island it really i think is one of the most concrete dates we have
29:50when the team first uncovered a section of the sand road in the swamp this year
29:55look at that they also found part of an early firearm known as a hand cannon but that is unusual
30:02it was
30:03a curious find given that they have now also discovered four pieces of stone shot three of which
30:09were unearthed in the money pit area it's a very interesting piece and during the team's recent trip to
30:16the azores islands the hand cannon were common in the 1300s yes portuguese archaeologist thiago rodriguez
30:24affirmed that these artifacts may not only date back to the 14th century but could also be of portuguese origin
30:33is this enough to prove a pre-columbian voyage no but it's a good indication and a good sign of
30:40treasure
30:40because you'd need guns and ammo if you're putting a large treasure in the money pit yeah and so finally
30:49conceptually we arrive at the money pit did a lot of work there and what got us very excited is
30:55this
30:55right here this is the fabled pit plato coin so this coin turns out to be a 1369 to 1371
31:04portuguese
31:05coin extremely rare and very valuable and of course that got us all really excited including me who
31:14was fixed on treasure more than story a chest of these would be worth just that would be worth an
31:20enormous fortune and it did apparently come out of the money pit so we got real excited about this and
31:26then we chased the theory of all right there was a treasure in the money pit and the treasure fell
31:33into the
31:33solution channel and scientific evidence to show that it's still down there exactly so it got us
31:40all enthused and we were able to get canisters down into the solution channel yeah we found lots of
31:45things that shouldn't have been in the solution channel my analysis of that is that it was proof
31:50of concept and proves the theory that stuff could fall down in there we weren't successful in finding
31:56the treasure but we all still think it's here because of your work ian and dr fred because of the
32:02metals in the water i i know you have a potentially new method that we could zero in and maybe
32:07find
32:08the treasure yep can you bring the group up to speed on that yeah a little while ago dr michael
32:14suggested
32:16we're having problems with water water moves around gets diluted so fred suggests why don't we look at
32:21wood because it has the ability to soak up metal just like a water filter would soak up metal from
32:27water
32:27and the woods much better at soaking up metals and water and i think we just need to do more
32:32work
32:33with the wood the woods at its early stages and we got the data back results from like 15 sort
32:39of random
32:40samples so if you've just done the tests now where did you get the wood to test we got it
32:45from the
32:46outside of logs and planks that were in various tunnels and shafts throughout the money pit and something
32:53did show up in shaft 2a which is i think the unknown shaft we're getting up the first ever searcher
33:04shaft on oak island in 2024 the oak island team began uncovering a feature that they believed to be an
33:11early 19th century searcher shaft known as shaft 2 which according to historical records was located 14 feet
33:20southeast of the original money pit i tend to think it's two different shaft however during the
33:26excavation they discovered another undocumented shaft some 10 feet to the northeast that they dubbed
33:33shaft 2a this made them wonder whether they found an old shaft built by treasure hunters or perhaps
33:41treasure depositors so in shaft 2a the wood sample from shaft 2a we had the highest amount of silver we've
33:49ever seen and also i think the third highest level of gold so in shaft 2a we had the highest
34:02amount of
34:02silver we've ever seen and also i think the third highest level of gold great there you go that's
34:09pretty exciting right it's another direct indication of treasure isn't it with that result if we have this
34:14kind of silver high silver we've seen something like 2a that could mean that there's silver very very
34:19close to where that wood is after testing numerous samples of wood that the team has unearthed in the
34:27money pit area over the years dr spooner has found new evidence of buried silver in the mysterious shaft
34:34known as 2a a structure located more than 30 feet northeast of where they detected precious metals in the
34:42solution channel dr spooner how do you reconcile the silver that we're finding in the wood from 2a and
34:51the silver that we're finding in the solution channel maybe what we're looking at here is a variety of
34:58sources or multiple deposits yep this is getting interesting multiple treasures there's a possibility
35:05of the literature wow what i'm proposing is we take a much more detailed look at uh metals in the
35:11wood
35:12dr spooner's latest report perhaps proves the worthiness of the idea of testing the wood in
35:18several of the shafts it certainly introduces new possibilities that we're chasing after multiple
35:23treasures in oak island this is pretty much a no-brainer let's continue this yep so yes proceed please
35:30tell us where the treasure is we're ready do my best well i just think it's a very productive year
35:38we've had some major finds the the boulder on lot eight the sand road in the swamp right it just
35:45seems
35:45like oak island has its secrets and we've uncovered some yeah so i want to thank you and i think
35:50we had a
35:51great year yep so i thought a long time about how i would like to close here today and i
35:57thought a good
35:58way to do that might be to use a symbol gary right here in me top pocket top pocket find
36:06and uh it's
36:10this this is one ounce of pure gold it appropriately has the canadian maple leaf on it and here's the
36:16pure gold i would like to find and we have found pure gold here from the people of canada from
36:22the
36:22people of nova scotia and certainly the people in this room and if we are moving caissons around
36:28next year instead of these poker chips we're going to move this maple leaf around to decide where to dig
36:35and hopefully find the treasure yeah yep it goes without saying how important you have all become to me
36:45we're a family because the experience here is only as wonderful as it is because of each and every one
36:53of you without you without each of you these past years of my life would have been
37:01far less rich the treasure in the story are like brothers they're together right but the real treasure really
37:12is each and every one of you this is the true treasure in life that we share now 100 we
37:22are very
37:23grateful to be a part of your passion and share it with you we would not be here if you
37:30did not share
37:31your dream not only with us but the world thank you thank you yeah yeah well said i agree absolutely
37:40yep
37:41the thank you that craig expressed the thank you that marty expressed the thank you that i'm
37:45expressing is heartfelt it is genuine and it is important emiliano why don't you close out today
37:51thank you thank you all thanks everybody thank you the year on oak island has come to an end her
38:09legendary secrets remain unknown look at the enormity of the fines look at the early dates thanks mark we have
38:17written maybe not the answer to the oak island mystery what we have added chapters upon chapters
38:23of information goodbye all however rick marty craig and their team have proved one thing the quest for
38:32answers to this 231 year old mystery is well worth the pursuit my whole life been curious about things
38:40very very curious about things gets me in trouble sometimes oh it's another good year yep always bittersweet
38:45in it how can we have found so many inexplicable things in one year so there's many reasons that
38:51would make me come back here to find this treasure we have to be close to the end game don't
38:56we
38:58so far they have found more than 2 000 artifacts
39:03and numerous man-made structures predating the discovery of the money pit some by as much as 800 years
39:12and they have obtained mounting scientific evidence that treasure really may lie buried all across the island
39:21so next year when they return they will build upon all they have learned and revealed
39:30to solve the mystery and like a year where we said you know what we did it that moment has
39:39not come but
39:40that is still my hope i won't relent i quite stubborn that way
