00:02:07Well, brothers and sisters, tonight, we come to the concluding message on Noah.
00:02:13And as we see from the general subject, we are covering Noah, Daniel, and Job.
00:02:19And we want to see how these particular, you know, wonderful brothers in the Old Testament
00:02:28are patterns of living and overcoming life on the line of life to fulfill the economy of God.
00:02:36I would like to, you know, just get right into this.
00:02:41This is a conclusion of all of our fellowship on Noah.
00:02:46And you can see that the title of this message is The Church of the Covenant.
00:02:52Have you ever heard this?
00:02:54Of course, if you were here two weeks ago, this was one of the points on the outline.
00:03:00And, okay, let me say this.
00:03:04When we say The Church of the Covenant, this isn't the name of the church, right?
00:03:09We're just the church, right?
00:03:12There's only one church.
00:03:13There's only one body.
00:03:15And the church is the wife of Christ.
00:03:18The church is Mrs. Christ, right?
00:03:21We only take the name of Christ.
00:03:24And we are the church.
00:03:25There's only one church.
00:03:27And we are members of the one body.
00:03:30If you are a regenerated believer, your membership card is in your spirit.
00:03:37That membership card is the spirit.
00:03:40This wonderful person, right?
00:03:42Anyway, we have his life.
00:03:44We are members of the one body, members of the one church.
00:03:46But what we want to see tonight is that as the church, we are people living under the reality of
00:03:57the new covenant.
00:03:59Now, brothers and sisters, I just hope that we can all have a praying spirit in this meeting.
00:04:07Through the whole meeting.
00:04:08Just forget about everything else.
00:04:10You know what I want you to see tonight?
00:04:12And what I want to see tonight?
00:04:14I want to see a rainbow.
00:04:19How about that?
00:04:20You might go, what is Ed talking about?
00:04:23You know, maybe some of you are here, you're new.
00:04:25But I tell you, I don't care how long you've been in the recovery.
00:04:29I just have to say this is a tremendous, awesome revelation to me that I just pray the Lord can
00:04:37speak something to us tonight.
00:04:39And I would beg of you, and I implore the Lord, you know, for myself and for all of us,
00:04:46that we would really exercise our spirit.
00:04:49This is a revelation.
00:04:52This is not something you can just exercise your mind.
00:04:55And, you know, listen, as we go through this, let's just look to the Lord, you know.
00:05:01Let's just have our hearts turn to Him and say, Lord, show me who you are like I have never
00:05:08seen you before.
00:05:11And show me your purpose like I've never seen your purpose before.
00:05:17Now, brothers and sisters, I really don't know.
00:05:20I mean, I have to look to the Lord that He would just speak.
00:05:25He has to do what is impossible for man to do.
00:05:29Because this is so tremendous, even as I think the outline is really an unfolding thing as we read through
00:05:37it.
00:05:37But I just pray it would become the Lord's instant speaking in us.
00:05:42And we just pray the Lord will fight for us tonight.
00:05:48Bring us into this vision.
00:05:49I believe this will change our lives.
00:05:57Now, okay, I'll try to go slowly here at the beginning.
00:06:02We see from the life of Noah.
00:06:05Of course, we saw a lot of details about his life and work that changed the age.
00:06:10In the past few weeks, we saw, of course, that, and again, there was so much we saw,
00:06:17but I would just like to mention just this little bit as an introductory word.
00:06:22Of course, the ark, we know that Noah's work was to build the ark.
00:06:28And we know, firstly, that ark signifies the individual Christ.
00:06:34Am I right?
00:06:35And when we believed into Christ, we entered into him as the ark.
00:06:42He is the real ark.
00:06:43And where are we tonight?
00:06:45We are in Christ.
00:06:48We are in Christ.
00:06:50We have believed into Christ.
00:06:54And when you believe into Christ, you know, it said, when those eight souls, when they went into the ark,
00:07:01it says, Jehovah shut them in.
00:07:05Jehovah shut the door.
00:07:06Who's going to shut the door?
00:07:08Only God can shut that door.
00:07:12Listen, now that you have believed into Christ, there is no way for you to get out of him.
00:07:18Isn't that wonderful?
00:07:20You say, I'd like to get out of Christ.
00:07:22Too late, you are in Christ.
00:07:25And Jehovah has shut you into Christ.
00:07:29And in John 10, 28 and 29, we have this verse later in the outline.
00:07:34The Lord says that when we believe into him, he gives himself to us as eternal life.
00:07:41And he said, no one can snatch them out of my hand.
00:07:46And my Father, who is greater than all, no one can snatch them out of his hand.
00:07:51You see, so no one.
00:07:52You see, if I got, I won't do this to you brothers, you know, you can, you know, be at
00:07:57peace.
00:07:57But if I got one of you up here and I put both hands on you, you might be able
00:08:03to break free from me.
00:08:05Maybe.
00:08:08If I had David Benson up here, you'd never get away from him.
00:08:11We just, you know.
00:08:13Anyway.
00:08:16But how about God?
00:08:18How about God?
00:08:19The Son's hand and the Father's hand.
00:08:20Can you get away from him?
00:08:22No.
00:08:23Wonderful.
00:08:23Okay, so we believed into Christ.
00:08:25Then 1 Peter 3, 20 through 21 tells us that Noah's passing through the flood is a type of our
00:08:33baptism.
00:08:34You see, so we believed into Christ.
00:08:37God put us in Christ.
00:08:39We were baptized into Christ.
00:08:42And that ark landed, you know, after the floodwaters receded, it landed on the mountains of Ararat, right?
00:08:51In a new realm.
00:08:53In a realm of resurrection.
00:08:55You see this?
00:08:56So we believed into Christ.
00:08:58We were baptized into Christ.
00:09:00We were brought into a realm of resurrection.
00:09:02We are in a new age, a new era.
00:09:05And now we are walking in newness of life.
00:09:09We are walking in newness of life.
00:09:12Of course, we have also seen that that ark does not just signify the individual Christ.
00:09:18But it also signifies the corporate Christ.
00:09:21Because Noah and his family, as helpers, they built that ark.
00:09:25And we know from the entire scriptures that God's career, he is only doing one thing.
00:09:31He is building the church as his habitation.
00:09:35He said, I will build my church.
00:09:40So, for us to, you know, in time, yes, we are in Christ.
00:09:46But we've seen in the past that we need to build up the present and practical Christ in our experience.
00:09:53And as we enjoy Christ, as Christ is built into our being, him being built into our being is the
00:10:02building up of us as the corporate Christ.
00:10:06And when we are fully built up as the corporate Christ, we will be prepared to be the bride of
00:10:12Christ and Christ will return.
00:10:15He will judge this evil age.
00:10:17He will change the age to the age of the kingdom.
00:10:19And we will be in a new realm for a thousand years of feasting on Christ and reigning with Christ
00:10:26as the bride of Christ.
00:10:28And that's what we're here for.
00:10:30We are here to bring him back.
00:10:34We are living in the days of Noah.
00:10:37So we have to be watchful.
00:10:38We have to be sober.
00:10:40We need to realize, just like in the days of Noah, people were eating and drinking.
00:10:44They were marrying.
00:10:45They were being given in marriage.
00:10:47But once that ark was built, and once Noah and his family entered into that ark, God's judgment came.
00:10:54And then, you know, the whole portion in Matthew 24 talks about this.
00:11:00So, we have to realize this is what we're doing.
00:11:02Lots of things are going on in human history.
00:11:06But what is God doing?
00:11:07What is he really doing?
00:11:09What really matters in this universe is what we are doing here tonight.
00:11:15We are building the ark by allowing Christ to build himself into our being
00:11:22and by ministering him as the process and consummated trying God into one another
00:11:28so that he can build himself into our being
00:11:31and we can be built up with the three stories of the triune God
00:11:37to be mingled with him
00:11:39so that we are saved from this crooked and perverted generation
00:11:45and ushered into the age of the millennial kingdom
00:11:48into a new realm of resurrection.
00:11:51Okay, so they were in this new realm, brothers and sisters.
00:11:54And we saw, again, the last few weeks
00:11:58that there were, 1 Peter 3, 20 and 21
00:12:02tells us that there were eight souls in that ark.
00:12:05Of course, Hebrews 11, 7, you look at those verses in the New Testament.
00:12:09Eight souls.
00:12:10Eight is the number of resurrection.
00:12:13Am I right?
00:12:13So here they were.
00:12:14They were in resurrection.
00:12:16And then they came out of the ark in this realm of resurrection.
00:12:23And in this realm of resurrection, God made a covenant with them.
00:12:29Oh, my goodness.
00:12:30Okay, I just have to wait because it just is so, so awesome.
00:12:34God made a covenant with them.
00:12:37And you have to realize, brothers and sisters,
00:12:40when they got out, I mean, can you imagine the whole earth
00:12:43which is covered with death waters,
00:12:47with the judgment, with God's judgment of death.
00:12:51And can you imagine?
00:12:52Here you are, you're with Noah.
00:12:54Let's say you're Noah's daughter-in-law
00:12:57or one of Noah's sons,
00:12:58and you come out of the ark and praise the Lord.
00:13:01You know, here we are, we're in a new realm.
00:13:04We're living in resurrection.
00:13:06That's a picture of the church life, right?
00:13:09With those eight people under God's deputy authority,
00:13:14which is Noah,
00:13:15who is the minister of the age with the vision of the age.
00:13:18They're living in the reality of the church life
00:13:20and the reality of the kingdom of God,
00:13:23enjoying God under God's authority.
00:13:27But still, there might be something in them
00:13:30of kind of a worry, you see.
00:13:32Yes, yes, here we are,
00:13:36but what if God decides to flood the earth again?
00:13:40You see what I mean?
00:13:42What if God will judge us again?
00:13:44You know, we feel like this a lot of times, right?
00:13:47We got saved.
00:13:48When the church life, everything's wonderful,
00:13:50we say, oh, what if I lose my temper again?
00:13:55What if this happens?
00:13:56What if that happens?
00:13:58You see, what if the death waters come again?
00:14:01Okay, we'll talk about this a little later.
00:14:03But what did God do?
00:14:04He made a covenant with them.
00:14:06He said, there will be no more judgment of death.
00:14:12No more judgment of death waters.
00:14:14I make a covenant with you.
00:14:15A covenant is when God makes a covenant.
00:14:21Isn't that when God makes a covenant,
00:14:23is He going to break it?
00:14:24Absolutely not.
00:14:25He makes you a promise.
00:14:26It's guaranteed.
00:14:29And we will see in the new covenant,
00:14:33it is not just a covenant,
00:14:34it's a testament.
00:14:36A testament.
00:14:37That means God has willed Himself to us.
00:14:43Okay, again, I'll just go a little slower here.
00:14:46Now, no more judgment of death.
00:14:49And not only that, God decided,
00:14:52God put a rainbow,
00:14:54a rainbow in the sky
00:14:56as a sign of His faithfulness
00:14:59in keeping His covenant.
00:15:01Now, what does this rainbow signify?
00:15:05Let me say this at the beginning.
00:15:07I want you to get this thought.
00:15:09And I believe and I look to it
00:15:11and I trust in the Lord
00:15:12that you will see this
00:15:14as we go through the outline.
00:15:16This rainbow is a sign.
00:15:21You know, a sign is a symbol
00:15:23with spiritual significance.
00:15:25This rainbow is a sign
00:15:28of God's eternal covenant.
00:15:32Now, what I want to say to you right now is this.
00:15:35And what I'm saying to you
00:15:37is absolutely awesome.
00:15:39And I hope you will see this.
00:15:40Listen, God is a rainbow.
00:15:45God is a rainbow.
00:15:47And you know what He wants to do?
00:15:49He wants to make you a rainbow.
00:15:52He wants to make us a rainbow.
00:15:55He wants to make us exactly the same
00:15:59as He is in life and nature,
00:16:02but not in the Godhead.
00:16:04This is His covenant.
00:16:06What is God's new covenant?
00:16:08God's new covenant is to make you.
00:16:12This is His plan.
00:16:14It's to make you exactly the same as He is.
00:16:18Okay, I know a lot of you are just,
00:16:21I never even thought that God is a rainbow
00:16:25and that we're becoming a rainbow.
00:16:28I'm glad you never thought about this.
00:16:30You need to be shocked.
00:16:32This is just too awesome.
00:16:35Too awesome.
00:16:36What is God's eternal economy?
00:16:38It's to make you exactly the same as He is.
00:16:42So He put this rainbow.
00:16:45Listen, every time you see a rainbow,
00:16:48you need to say,
00:16:50Oh, we are being deified
00:16:52to become the real rainbow in this universe.
00:16:57You know, eventually, we will see.
00:16:58You go to the end of Revelation.
00:17:00Revelation 21 shows that the foundations
00:17:02of the New Jerusalem,
00:17:03all precious stones,
00:17:05you put all those colors together,
00:17:08it is the color of a rainbow.
00:17:10A rainbow.
00:17:11The New Jerusalem,
00:17:13it just has the color of a rainbow.
00:17:15And there is a rainbow
00:17:16around God's throne in Revelation 4.
00:17:20Too awesome.
00:17:22Too awesome.
00:17:23Now, what is the reality of this rainbow?
00:17:26I say again,
00:17:27the reality of this rainbow
00:17:29is the New Jerusalem.
00:17:31The reality of this rainbow
00:17:33is the New Covenant.
00:17:34And the reality of this rainbow
00:17:36is the New Jerusalem.
00:17:38And the New Jerusalem
00:17:39is the ultimate consummation
00:17:41and embodiment of Christ
00:17:44as all the bequests
00:17:45and realities of the New Covenant.
00:17:49Okay.
00:17:49I see a lot of people just...
00:17:52Alright, now.
00:17:53Now, let's see this.
00:17:55Let's say,
00:17:56Lord, Lord, Lord, show us this.
00:17:57Alright, now look at this.

00:18:03God's covenant with Noah
00:18:05and the rainbow
00:18:06as a token of His covenant
00:18:08or a sign of His covenant

00:18:11signify that we are the church
00:18:13of the covenant
00:18:14living in the reality
00:18:15of the New Covenant of Grace.
00:18:18You see?
00:18:20We are living in the reality
00:18:22of the New Covenant of Grace.
00:18:23That's why in that dark age,
00:18:25in that perverted age,
00:18:26Noah was in.
00:18:27You look at that.
00:18:28That was a terrible,
00:18:30terrible situation.
00:18:31And this is where we are now.
00:18:33Man didn't use his spirit,
00:18:35so he fell.
00:18:37Man overused his soul.
00:18:38He fell further.
00:18:39And then eventually,
00:18:40man became flesh.
00:18:41This whole being was corrupted.
00:18:43So God decided to judge
00:18:45the whole situation.
00:18:47But I love what Genesis 6,
00:18:49say he says.
00:18:50It says,
00:18:50But Noah.
00:18:52Oh, praise the Lord
00:18:53for the word,
00:18:54But in the Bible.
00:18:56That is the Lord's recovery.
00:18:58The Lord's recovery is But.
00:19:00Every one of you
00:19:01is a But here tonight.
00:19:03Maybe you didn't want
00:19:04to come here tonight,
00:19:05But you're here.
00:19:07You didn't want to get saved,
00:19:08But you got saved.
00:19:12You said,
00:19:12I'm not coming to the training,
00:19:13But you're here.

00:19:18But the Lord won't let you.

00:19:40and the corruption
00:19:42of our flesh
00:19:43only by being here

00:19:47and enjoying God
00:19:48to the uttermost?

00:19:55The rainbow around God's throne
00:19:57signifies that God
00:19:59is the covenant in God.
00:20:00The faithful God
00:20:02who will keep His covenant

00:20:06upon the earth.
00:20:07Now,
00:20:08in these verses,

00:20:11Let me just give you a picture

00:20:16matches Ezekiel 1.26-28
00:20:19Revelation 4.3 says
00:20:21that the one sitting on the throne
00:20:22He has the appearance
00:20:24of a jasper stone
00:20:25and a sardius
00:20:27and there is a rainbow
00:20:28there is a rainbow
00:20:30around His throne.
00:20:31If you look in Ezekiel 1
00:20:33you see that there is
00:20:35a man on the throne
00:20:36the man God
00:20:37He is sitting on a sapphire throne
00:20:40and there is a clear sky
00:20:42above these living creatures
00:20:43and there is this man
00:20:45on this sapphire blue throne
00:20:47and there is a rainbow
00:20:49around the throne.

00:20:51if you look at Revelation 4.3
00:20:53you know sardius
00:20:54is a stone that is red
00:20:56and jasper is a stone
00:20:58that is dark green
00:20:59and we know this one
00:21:01sitting on the throne
00:21:05He is the sardius
00:21:06that signifies
00:21:08He is the redeeming God
00:21:09He is the Lamb of God
00:21:11You see
00:21:12He is not only sardius
00:21:13He is jasper
00:21:14that signifies
00:21:15He is the green God
00:21:17He is the God of life
00:21:19That sardius signifies
00:21:21God in His judicial redemption
00:21:24Jasper signifies God
00:21:27in His organic salvation
00:21:29That is God's entire new covenant
00:21:32The rainbow
00:21:33is a sign
00:21:35is a token
00:21:36of God's faithfulness
00:21:38in fulfilling His covenant
00:21:40He is faithful
00:21:41He is faithful to His Word
00:21:43He will fulfill His Word
00:21:45And what is His Word?
00:21:46That rainbow around the throne
00:21:48which we will see
00:21:49is actually Him
00:21:50But that rainbow around the throne
00:21:51also is God
00:21:53in His faithfulness
00:21:54He is faithful to His Word
00:21:56to carry out His full salvation with you
00:21:59to redeem you judicially
00:22:01through His blood
00:22:02and to dispense Himself
00:22:04into you
00:22:05as the green jasper God
00:22:06to organically save you
00:22:09to life your spirit
00:22:10your soul
00:22:11and your body
00:22:12until you are swallowed up with life
00:22:14and you become exactly the same
00:22:17as He is
00:22:17in life
00:22:18and nature
00:22:19and you become
00:22:20the jasper
00:22:22new Jerusalem
00:22:24that is His promise
00:22:26He will do it
00:22:27and He is doing it

00:23:30He is moving
00:23:32He is administrating
00:23:33and He wants to manifest Himself
00:23:35through a corporate group of people
00:23:38He wants to display Himself
00:23:39with all of His riches
00:23:41through His people
00:23:42for His expression
00:23:43for His move
00:23:44and for His administration
00:23:46His reign
00:23:47on this earth
00:23:48and when you look
00:23:49at Ezekiel 1
00:23:50you see around the throne
00:23:51is a rainbow
00:23:52and you can see
00:23:53that the three primary colors
00:23:55of the rainbow
00:23:56are blue
00:23:57red
00:23:57and yellow
00:23:58and we see these colors
00:24:00in Ezekiel 1
