00:52but I am a bit clumsy,
00:53so I just don't want to make too much of a mess in the kitchen,
00:56because my mum has just cleaned the whole place,
00:57so hopefully I don't make too much of a mess.

01:50but I think the bottom was just a touch soggy,
01:52and also I think the meat was just a bit overcooked.
