00:23And I think that this has had a major knock-on effect on the global economy

00:31And I think you will see Chinese involvement and Russian involvement and other involvement.
00:35And again, the question is how and what is the nature and scope of the involvement.
00:40But I do think, yes, you are seeing, and again, much of it is done privately and quietly,
00:46but it's become a global issue, not a US, Israel, Iran issue.
