00:18on Foundry Mill Mount on the East Leeds Estate. The new building would be next to an existing
00:24block of 10 flats owned by the organisation. The flats and shared space would be designed
00:30to help people avoid feeling isolated from the community. All of the flats would be classed
00:35as affordable housing, with rents set in line with local housing allowance rates. A planning
00:41application consultation runs until the 8th of May.
