HAILSTORM SMASHES THROUGH CAR WINDOWS IN MISSOURI PARKING LOT

Watch as a violent hailstorm hit a parking lot in Springfield, Missouri, leaving cars with shattered windows, dented bodywork and glass scattered across the tarmac.
Cody Shirk, from Springfield, Missouri, USA, filmed the footage showing heavy hailstones hammering down on a parking lot.
Video shows vehicles being severely damaged by the hailstorm , with windscreens and rear windows smashed through by the force of the impact.
Pictures taken afterwards show a black Ford Mustang covered in rain and hail, with its rear window blown out in several places and large chunks of ice sitting inside the cabin.
The parking lot was quickly left coated in white, with broken glass and ice covering the ground after the severe weather passed through Springfield, Missouri.
Cody said: “My car and others are getting crushed by the sky ice.”
