00:38are all at least 10 to 12 years working with us right a lot of members in the organization
00:46have joined this as their first job and continue to work with us right historically we have been always
00:55a woman heavy organization an organization which has always taken pride of having 65 percent of
01:02women in its workforce if not more and i must say that they have played a very crucial role in

01:08productivity of the organization of where we are we wouldn't have been here if it was not for them
01:14and at that point of time we realized that number one point in this organization is you do not take
01:21the respect and the modesty of not only the woman but everyone in the organization not for granted
01:29so for me my idea was that i wanted to be a lighthouse leader i did not want to be
01:35a helicopter leader
01:36so my lighthouse leadership is give directions to people tell them what is expected out of them
01:43give them ownership give them a conducive environment for a fair practice of work and i think they've done
01:51a great job so the overall culture in this organization is warm and i'm damn proud about it
01:57and believe you me akash i have not written a single article or a journal or a blog on company's

02:07till now now that you've spoken about it i think i should write about it because if you have asked

02:20we we feel we belong here and my job is today to do only three things spot the right talent
