00:04right now four to one to win the kentucky derby on saturday rob everyone wants to see the triple
00:09crown so it's like yes this is the big event and the kentucky derby is the signature one
00:15but is there a horse in the field this year that can win all three i think most people
00:20were more focused on the disappointment last year of sovereignty not running and even attempting it
00:26yeah i mean it was disappointing for the entire game and for the sporting world right i mean
00:30there's nothing more exciting at least in my opinion than a possible triple crown winner
00:34and he was such a standout horse um i you know he was the bus horse going into last year

00:40really know if there's one of those this year that you're like man this horse um could do it although
00:44a lot of them are are lightly raced so that you know they could come back in a shorter period

00:56ran a huge race in the bluegrass stakes at keeneland in his last time at churchill downs which to me

01:02always important he gets the outside 18 posts which means he'll be able to avoid a lot of the traffic
01:07some of those horses on the inside are going to encounter i think he's got a great shot uh the

01:13commandment all he does is win races um he's going to come closing at the end renegade is
01:19you know probably had the most impressive derby prep in the arkansas derby owned by mike ripoli uh
01:26trade by todd todd pletcher and the important thing on renegade i ran ortiz who's been the top
01:32jockey the last four or five years in this country had a chance to ride seven or eight of these

01:37and he chose renegade right so that's something to take into consideration
