00:12Tell us a bit about how EY's innovation strategy
00:14has evolved over the past 10 years.
00:16It has shifted because the tech game has changed.
00:20Tech has moved from periphery to core.
00:23Core business, core in geopolitics, core in society,
00:26even civilisation.
00:27And so now tech is not about exploration,
00:31it's about transformation.
00:33And that's the purpose of our all-in strategy at EY,
00:36which aims at helping our clients to transform through innovation.
00:39And we are our client zero at EY,
00:42so also we transform ourselves,
00:43we transform our offers,
00:44we are very active on AI, data, tech,
00:47and also we transform our operating model or delivery model.
00:50And so overall, our job at EY is to help leaders
00:54to navigate the complexity and the chaos triggered by the tech revolution,
00:59turning innovation into value and shape the future with confidence.
01:04Indeed, you mentioned future.
01:05How do we see it evolving in the next decade?
01:07Well, Molly, fasten your seatbelt,
01:08because the tech revolution is just at the beginning.
01:11It's set to accelerate agentic AI, physical AI, robotics,
01:16digital assets and blockchain.
01:18Quantum computing will deeply reshape companies' architecture.
01:23And overall, our job is to help clients handle this with confidence.
01:27And it's a topic of tech,
01:28but it's also a topic of governance and of trust.
01:31Tell us a bit about how EY maintains a culture of innovation.
01:34At EY France, we've launched Shift,
01:37which is our new transformation program.
01:39It has a strong ambition around professional services
01:42by making innovation and AI key levers for performance,
01:46for experience, for transversality.
01:48We are convinced that our transformation
01:50will be the sum of all the individual transformation of our talent.
01:55And so overall, we rely first on a community called the Shifters
02:00of close to 500 people,
02:02which embody the new breed of consultants,
02:04people with strong business skills,
02:07but also strong data, AI, vibe coding skills
02:10and very strong interpersonal skills.
02:12And we are very convinced that innovation is not about speed only.
02:16It's also about moving together with the same purpose.
02:20Now finally, tell us what can visitors expect from EY at VivaTech this year?
02:24This year is a special edition, a landmark edition,
02:2810th anniversary, new hall.
02:30As a long-standing partner,

02:54Sometimes overwhelming.
02:55So we want to allow visitors
02:57to take the most of it through the EY lens.

03:04perspective, actionable incomes for leaders,
03:07for tomorrow and also for the next decade.
