00:13When we think about equity, we think about equity and equity between men and women.
00:22And if men and women are participating, we can build a good equity in our context
00:27and we can make that the human being think like a human being
00:31and not like a human being, because we feel, because we want, because we build.
00:36And when we build, we build together.
00:49I've been doing a process of transformation in my person, in my being,
00:54in my being as a process of transformation,
00:57that has been seen by the community that around me
01:00and that has given a good word for what I do.
01:05And it is not a little bit of a statement of my role in the organization,
01:10because they have seen the transformation
01:12and seen what important is a organization like this in the life of a man.
01:16This program has transformed my life for complete,
01:20because through it I have acquired knowledge about human rights,
01:26where to come in case of those who are vulnerable,
01:29about the management of our emotions,
01:32the care of our body,
01:34and not to connect with the circles of violence.
01:37It has influenced a lot because I have learned my rights,
01:44how to defend them,
01:47how to defend them,
01:48what routes I take if I feel that my rights are vulnerable.
01:58It is important because it helps us to have a different perspective towards the territory.
02:03Sometimes the communities have the territory and we do not value it.
02:07So we have learned, first,
02:10that women have a very important role in the construction of territory,
02:15in the construction of peace,
02:16and in the construction of those four pillars,
02:19which is the CRIS,
02:21which is unity, territory, culture and autonomy.
02:24So, from there we have continued impulsing that process,
02:28but more focused towards women.
02:31The CIRCLE of Estudio has a special characteristic,
02:34and we work with all the population groups.
02:37We work with children, girls, adolescents,
02:41diverse populations.
02:43We have had experience with indigenous people, afro, indigenous people.
02:49So, let's say that the organization is, as always,
02:52open to the people who want to be part of these processes.
02:55Every culture is different, different.
02:57So, from that culture, from that culture,
02:59from that ancestral knowledge,
03:01we can empower women,
03:04that from their knowledge,
03:07they can materialize their dreams,
03:10and use those abilities as tools for their life.
03:13To be Mexicans,
03:26as always,
03:26what they did all of us tell us about
03:28it has been very nice,
03:30because there are people,
03:32because one,
03:33for a different being,
03:34it is not a phenomenon of violence,
03:36but a freedom.
03:37Because no one is the purple one,
03:39but the person is the one thing.
03:40you are you. If you love, you respect, you accept,
03:44other things learn to ignore, because that's what happens.
03:48Here we put everything, women,
03:51we put the commitment, that we are able to have many things.
03:56And we have advanced with it.
03:59It's very important for women to represent
04:04when we have cultural events,
04:06and that's what we put.
04:07This is our commitment, as they say.
04:24The path to build peace is that,
04:27to guarantee the rights of indigenous communities
04:30that allow us to live dignamente
04:33and the communities.
04:34Because we don't want to live in the city,
04:37we want to live in the territories that are ours
04:39and that are entitled.
04:40For us, it's important to understand
04:43that any educated person
04:45in any subject
04:47can transform
04:49and also can build peace.
04:51To be empathetic,
04:52to be empathetic,
04:54to help people who need you.
04:56To be yourself,
04:58believe in yourself,
05:00because when you believe,
05:01learn to ignore it.
05:03Only think about it.
05:06Only think about it.
05:07Only think about it.
05:20How to build a community
05:25and just think of it.
