00:22We started with a hidden kitchen, working only at home.
00:28Obviously, the situation is a little easier because you don't have that direct contact with the client.
00:35You only need to take care of the home.
00:41When we started to take care of the pandemic, the homes began to lower.
00:49And my boss, the owner, took the decision that we had to have a kitchen open to the public,
00:57because obviously they didn't give the expenses.
01:00And he did so much odious that he got the physical point here.
01:07And we have a year and three months here in the physical point.
01:10It was complicated at the beginning, but we slowly adapted.
01:15We started adapting.
01:38We started adapting.
01:41We started in the Venezuelan soup.
01:45We are accustomed to that the protein is bigger than the rice.
01:50And we managed to manage it here,
01:53because normally the rice rolls are a bit smaller, or they have more rice.
01:57And we wanted to make a change.
02:01And they started coming foodies, influencers,
02:04and they told us that they were the biggest ones in Bogotá.
02:07And we stayed with that.
02:21.
02:24Well, we have a good product.
02:28independently from our nationality, from our skin hair, from whatever that you like.
02:34We have a good product.
02:36to try it, and from there, judge through the food.
02:39We started being two, and from one moment to another the kitchen
02:45and we started needing more people.
02:47Whenever we put an announcement, that person arrived
02:51and there was something that clicked with us, with the restaurant.
02:56Each one was taking their place,
02:59the kitchen was adapted to it.
03:04We spent almost 12 hours there.
03:08We are a family.
03:10We have worked with Colombians, Ecuadorians, Peruans.
03:14Currently, we don't have Colombians working with us,
03:19but the doors are completely open for anyone who wants to work.
03:22The possibilities are, it's just a matter of getting closer.
03:37Now, at least with this new world of networks,
03:41I think a business is a bit easier to grow.
03:45Because right now, everything is Facebook, Instagram,
03:47so I think that publicity also helps a lot of brands and entrepreneurs.
03:53I think it's a matter of the energy and the desire that really
03:57has every person to come to us.
04:00Because if maybe you don't have the opportunity in a physical location,
04:03but you can have a car,
04:06you start from there.
04:07That's the basis for you to grow.
04:09You start growing up.
04:10So, a building was not built by simply laying the walls.
04:14First, you had to prepare the floor,
04:16you had to look for the cement, the materials,
04:18and slowly, slowly, that building was growing.
04:21So, if just you have a car, you start from there.
