00:21Here you can get arepas, which we are making at the moment, are really artisanal.
00:27Here you can get arepas that you can get in the supermarket, which are already made.
00:31Our tradition is always having a fresh arepa,
00:34we can make the pasta with our favorite harina, which is the harina pan.
00:41And here you can get a very fresh product, everything is done at the moment, and really good quality.
00:52I offer to the client a very first quality product, very traditional.
00:57We have a production center where we have all our food,
01:00and we distribute that food to our point.
01:04They have to come here because we have a large variety of products.
01:08We have the traditional products of our country,
01:12that is, for example, the arepa reina petiada, the arepa de pabellón, the arepa pelúa, the catira.
01:19These are very traditional products, but we also made a mix of what we like to our Colombian paisanos.
01:26What do you like?
01:27They like a little bit more the potato, they like the chorizo, they like the carne desmechada.
01:33So we have made a mix of products.
01:35I started to try one day with names, with names of these, with names of these.
01:39I don't have put any names here because they are very polemic and I don't want to have any problem.
01:44But I always thought about Guaido, Guaido, it was our hope.
01:48Now we don't want it, but it was our hope.
01:52We put the Guaido, then we put the Trump,
01:56and when I started to put those names,
02:00people loved it.
02:01They went to the arepa more sold.
02:21The first days were quite difficult days, because my life had changed.
02:26I was hired by a company here and suddenly,
02:30now I was going to sell products on the street.
02:35But it was really because I didn't want to go back to Venezuela.
02:38And I said, well, I got this in my life, hermano,
02:40and I dedicated 1,000% to this.
02:42And it was very difficult, because here you can't work,
02:45you can't work on the street, it's not allowed.
02:47One day I remember that a police officer told me,
02:51he was standing in the middle of the street,
02:54and we were parked there, and he was standing there and said,
02:57well, what's this? What's this?
02:59And I said, well, it's a vent of drepa.
03:02You can't leave me here, this is not your country.
03:05You can't leave me here, this is not your country.
03:07You can't leave me here, this is not allowed.
03:09It was a terrible impact, because I didn't understand,
03:12but it was very difficult.
03:19Then there were also a few comments,
03:22but it was very strong, but it was more strong,
03:25it was more strong, it was more strong, it was more strong.
03:27And now, look where we are.
03:29We have worked and the truth is that
03:31the recompense is beautiful, beautiful, beautiful,
03:35beautiful, beautiful, because there are people
03:35who come from Venezuela with very hard conditions
03:39and when they come to our company,
03:41we give them very good conditions
03:45and we change our lives.
03:47The truth is that we have changed our lives to a lot of people.
03:50We have all these emotions here.
03:52I had my private clinic with another doctor
03:55and I had a clinic in a commercial center.
04:00All that disappeared, lamentablement,
04:03from the situation in the country.
04:05But I came here looking for new opportunities
04:08and I found myself here in Nahuara de Arepa,
04:11where, a pesar of my age,
04:13that I was going to be 60 years old,
04:16they gave me the opportunity
04:17to explore other capacities and other competencies in me.
04:30Vas a tener cuestas arriba,
05:43y siempre estoy dispuesta a dar esa ayuda incondicional.
05:48Y contenta porque aquí me estoy ejerciendo,
05:51salgo de mi casa todos los días, camino,
05:54tengo fuerza para hacer muchas cosas
05:56y quiero seguir estudiando y quiero estudiar otras cosas,
