00:11The anxiety is one of the great problems that we face today.
00:15However, it is important to differentiate between two great types of anxiety.
00:19We have, on the one hand, an anxiety completely normal,
00:21which is reasonable and adaptative,
00:23and that occurs when we face some difficulty in our life,
00:27that we have to overcome, and that represents for us a challenge or a challenge.
00:32And on the other hand, we have an anxiety more pathological,
00:36which is subsume in what we call anxiety,
00:38and that, in doubt, limits our quality of life
00:41and also our possibilities of development in different areas important,
00:45such as the academic or the labor.
00:48Also, anxiety is manifested in three great dimensions.
00:51On the other hand, we have an anxiety of cognitive character,
00:54that has to do with the preocupations, the rumiations,
00:57that anxiety anxiety of what could happen in the future.
01:01An anxiety of physiological character,
01:03which is perhaps the most representative
01:05that we all have in our mind when we think about anxiety,
01:08that is reflected in a hyperactivation of the autonomic system
01:12in its own rama simpatic,
01:13and concretely, that is accelerated,
01:16as a sudoration, taquicardias, temblors, etc.,
01:20and that is very characteristic of the panic, for example.
01:24And, finally, we have that dimension more of character motor or conductual
01:28that is characterized by a constant habit of those situations
01:31in which we believe that could arise a crisis of anxiety.
01:34So, as you can see,
01:37the anxiety is a very complex phenomenon,
01:41and each one of us presents a completely different profile
01:44atendiendo to these three dimensions.
01:46In the particular case,
01:47in which you consider that,
01:48that, effectively,
01:49this anxiety is disbording you,
01:51that it begins to represent a problem for you in your day-to-day,
01:54it would be very important to you,
01:56not to a psychologist or a professional of mental health,
01:59that will have the tools necessary to provide you with the help you need.
02:04It is fundamental to have in mind
02:06that anxiety can even be a tool
02:09when we are capable of managing it adequately,
02:13and that, therefore, we have to trust
02:15in the tools that today exist and that are at our disposal
02:18to be able to have a better quality of life
02:21and to be able to enjoy much more of our time.
