00:04I think these guys are going to be two pillars of this team in the future.
00:08And you can identify these players as Brian Cashman did.
00:12You could develop these players as the system that Brian Cashman has built, has done.
00:18These are two guys that you can point to if you're Cashman.
00:22Hang your hat on Ben Rice, Cam Schlittler.
00:24One is a dominant starting pitcher.
00:26The other guy is a superstar on the rise.
00:30Like, he is on the rise right now and on the road to superstardom, Ben Rice is.
00:35Like, you could start thinking about All-Star.
00:37You could start thinking about MVP, although it's going to be difficult because he's a teammate of Aaron Judge's.
00:41And Aaron Judge is obviously going to get a ton of MVP votes because he's Aaron Judge.
00:45And he certainly deserves it.
00:48But I look at two guys that are pillars, young studs, that remind you of the 90s when you had
00:55young players.
00:56Coming out of the system that led to a lot of championship and dynasties.
01:01That's what you need.
01:02And that's what all franchises are looking for.
01:04And the Yankees, by all accounts, it looks like they have two of them.
01:09One as a pitcher in Cam Schlittler and the other as a position player in Ben Rice.
01:13And the guy that deserves a ton of credit for this, that I know a lot of people don't want
01:17to give credit to.
01:18And certainly want to blame him for everything.
01:20But you have to give him credit when credit is due.
01:23And that man's name is Brian Cashman.
