00:06so tiny little orzo pasta takes only a few minutes to cook which is why I love
00:10that pasta so much I'm just gonna juice some lemons while I wait and along with
00:15that citrus some lemony basil make sure that it's dry and then just take your
00:20knife and rock it back and forth to create a gorgeous little chiffonade
00:25pesto grilled shrimp along with that orzo so the second that we flip the shrimp we
00:30can actually turn the grill off because the heat is gonna be strong enough to
00:34continue cooking it and now in with our crisp vegetables really you can use any
00:39combination of vegetables you like but I love this Mediterranean mixture sheep's
00:44milk feta and now our pesto grilled shrimp and for me the more fresh herbs the
00:52better let's give it a toss and see all of the colors come to life together make
00:56a little bowl of sunshine the raw crunchy veggies are so perfect with that warm
