00:02:00Houses don't get more luxurious than where businessman Joe Seeley hangs his hat.
00:02:05I would estimate the house is worth somewhere around 3.5 million at the moment.
00:02:10It's got six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two luxury kitchens, plus a cinema room, gymnasium, and indoor pool.

00:02:26I think that we worked hard, me and my wife, for this home, for our children and for ourselves.

00:03:22And in 2014, we said goodbye to an amazing young man.
00:03:29Joe was there for him right to the end.
00:03:31Joe and his family worked closely with West Ham to organise the funeral.
00:03:37I'll be forever grateful for them being there at a time where I just didn't know how to function.
00:03:44After Dylan's death, Tracy gave up a high-powered executive job to form a cancer charity in his memory, DT38.
00:03:52So we now raise awareness and educate people around testicular cancer.
00:04:00Joe's a trustee of the charity, and working together has created a strong bond.
00:04:06I would describe Joe as fiercely loyal and just so much fun to be around.
00:04:12With shares in 22 businesses, Joe turns over millions a year.
00:04:18I invest into businesses, and the one that most people know now is Mr Whippy.
00:04:22I'm the joint major shareholder in that, and I'm running that business day-to-day now.
00:04:28He's got to a stage in life where he has both money and time to indulge himself.
