00:00That's the one I want to taste.
00:03Today, Stanley Lobel is going to create an inventive marinade using traditional Bloody Mary ingredients.
00:09This is a London broil that we prepare in our store.
00:12We call it a European cut London broil.
00:14It's really, really very, very, very delicious.
00:16So you start with two cups of tomato juice.
00:19And then a quarter of a cup of Worcestershire.
00:21Three tablespoons.
00:22Prepared commercial horseradish.
00:24Oh, doesn't this look good?
00:25Three tablespoons of dry sherry.
00:27You have to go to get to a real liquor store and get good quality dry sherry.
00:32Now, two teaspoons of crumbled dried marjoram and black pepper.
00:36Oh, yeah.
00:37A whole teaspoon.
00:37Oh, yeah.
00:38You want that spiciness, don't you?
00:40Now, what about salt?
00:40Salt to taste.
00:41Oh, okay.
00:42So not too much.
00:42So should I pour this one on top of that?
00:44Sure.
00:44So now that is your special Lobel's tender Bloody Mary London broil.
00:49And you would marinate that about two hours in the refrigerator or half an hour out of the refrigerator.
00:53And the recipe specifically calls for grilling that approximately six minutes on one side,
00:58eight to ten on the other side.
00:59I can just wait to hear that, sis.
01:03It's funny.
01:04I don't eat a lot of meat, but this is the kind of meat that I can absolutely be encouraged
01:09to eat.
