00:14The accused, Datin Noor Fadila Alias, 36, Nurul Aina Zulkifli, 34, and Nurkairu Nisa Badrila, 32, each pleaded not guilty

00:28Noor Fadila and Nurul Aina were jointly charged with allegedly operating an unregistered childcare center, while Noor Fadila faced two
00:36separate but similar charges,
00:39one jointly with Nurkairu Nisa at a nursery in Jalan Alam Sutra, Cheras, and another at a nursery in Medan
00:46Niaga Rampai, both allegedly committed on February 5.
00:50All charges were framed under section 6, subsection 1 of the Child Care Centers Act 1984, which carries a maximum
00:59fine of 10,000 ringgit, imprisonment of up to two years, or both, upon conviction.
01:05They were charged before magistrates Atika Mohamed Elias Mohamed Saim, Khairun Nisa Khasni, and Aina Azar Arifin respectively.
01:14The court allowed bail of 9,000 ringgit for Noor Fadila on all charges, while Nurul Aina and Nurkairu Nisa
