Queensland police will carry out state-wide testing of officers' handguns over concerns they could malfunction. All QPS issued glock pistols will be checked for a possible fault which could make them fire multiple rounds at once. No operational incidents have been reported, and officers will continue using their weapons until they're tested. The Queensland police service currently has more than 15 thousand glock pistols.
