00:00I'm a little bit nervous right now because I'm waiting for my results to come in on the LE
00:03Hermometer. And with this device, it's actually only $8 per test. The app actually walks you
00:09through all of the steps. And what you do is that you put this in your mouth for about 30
00:12seconds.
00:13And then when you're done, you pull the strip. It's almost like a COVID test where it starts to,
00:17you know, develop in the background and then it feeds the data into your phone. It goes out to
00:22the cloud and it spits back your results. It only takes 30 seconds to do the actual measurement
00:27in order to fully develop. It takes about 20 minutes. So you do have to wait, but it's
00:33definitely a lot less than let's say going to your position. So what is it going to measure?
00:37Right now, I'm waiting for my measurement of the cortisol levels to come through.
00:40And that's usually supposed to be high during the morning and tail off towards the end of the day.
00:45But there's other hormones coming. In February, you'll be able to measure your testosterone as
00:50well as progesterone. So this is just the start. And the bad news is that my result is a little
00:54bit boring. I'm in the optimal range, which is 0.5 to 1, which is actually where you want to
00:59be
00:59towards the end of the day. If it was high, it might give me some recommendations in terms of
01:04maybe you move your exercise from night to the morning, or you might adjust your diet,
01:09or maybe you're not getting to sleep at a regular time. So it'll give you advice based on whether or
01:15not your score is good or bad. For now, I'm where I want to be. Now, testosterone could be another
01:19matter. That's going to be a separate video. But for now, I think this is one of the cooler
01:24devices and apps at CES 2026.
