00:18Palace Press Officer Yusek Claire Castro explained that problems arise because drivers are lining up even if they are not
00:26on the official list submitted by their TNVS companies.
00:30The Palace also suggested that incomplete driver lists submitted by some TNVS companies could be a tactic to evade correct
00:38tax payments.
00:39In response, the Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD, is currently studying the use of e-wallets to
00:48make the cash aid distribution process faster and smoother.
