00:34Despite this, President Joseph Aoun has reaffirmed Beirut's commitment
00:38to continuing talks with Israel.
00:40While a ceasefire is in place, violence has not fully subsided,
00:45with Israel continuing operations in southern Lebanon.
00:48Meanwhile, Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam is in Luxembourg,
00:52briefing European Union foreign ministers on the situation.
00:55The EU's relationship with Israel is also on the agenda,
00:58with some member states pushing to review the bloc's association agreement with Tel Aviv.
