I show a possible predictive easter egg to actor Alan Ruck as Enterprise-B captain John Harriman in Star Trek Generations ('94). You can see this in 1983 techno thriller Wargames. Matthew Broderick stars in this and was later in Ferris Bueller's Day Off in 1986 with Ruck. In the scene with Broderick's character's introduction in Wargames he can be seen playing 1981 Namco arcade game Galaga. There may be some references to Star Trek in the Galaga series, a bonus enemy seen in the Challenge stage, called the "starship" may resemble Star Trek's USS Enterprise (saucer section, main hull and two warp nacelles on pylons).

There are many connections to later Star Trek movies & TV series via Wargames:
- Actor James Tolkan acted in 1985 sci-fi comedy Back To The Future with Star Trek III: The Search For Spock ('84) Klingon Christopher Lloyd.
- Tolkan was also in 1987 fantasy action film Master Of The Universe with Robert Duncan McNeill who later played Tom Paris in the Voyager series ('95-2001).
- There are 2 arcade cabinets for TRON ('82) in the Wargames arcade. David Warner starred in the movie that made early use of computer graphics. He later had many roles in Star Trek: The Next Generation TV series, & movies Star Trek V: The Final Frontier (1989), Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991).
- Ally Sheedy later acted in John Badham's comedy Short Circuit (1986). G.W. Bailey was in this cast and also played a mall cop in Mannequin (1987). Kim Cattrall played a shop window dummy / clotheshorse come-to-life and was also Vulcan bridge crew in Star Trek VI.

00:00We're talking about knowledge of the future in movies, YouTube channel, Easter Egg Psychic.
00:05Alright, in this video I'll share a future predictive Easter Egg to actor Alan Rook as Enterprise B-Captain John
00:16Harriman in the 1994 science fiction film Star Trek Generations.
00:22You can get some clues to this in 1983 techno-thriller War Games.
00:29Now this film was directed by John Badham and featured a cast with Matthew Broderick, Ally Sheedy, Dabney Coleman, John
00:39Wood, Michael Madsen, James Tolkien, and Art LeFleur.
00:44Matthew Broderick's character is introduced in a scene at around 14 minutes, 16 seconds in and he can be seen
00:53playing in the arcade.
00:55The game, 1981 Namco shooter Galaga.
01:00They show some gameplay and screenshots from the challenging stages.
01:06Now it just so happens that one of the bonus targets in the challenge round is called the Starship.
01:13It looks very similar to a top-down view of the USS Enterprise, the saucer section, main hole, and the
01:22two warp nacelles on pylons, featured in the Star Trek television series and movies.
01:29You take this fact and go to 1986 teen comedy Ferris Bueller's Day Off directed by John Hughes with Matthew
01:39Broderick, Mia Sara, Alan Rook, Jennifer Grey, Jeffrey Jones, Eddie McClurg, Lyman Ward, and Charlie Sheen.
01:47Rook later had a role as the captain of the Excelsior class Starship Enterprise B in Star Trek Generations in
01:5794.
01:58This combined the cast of the classic TV series with that of The Next Generation.
02:05Actor Malcolm McDowell plays the villain Soren, a sampling of the cast, Patrick Stewart, William Shatner, Jonathan Franks, Brent Spiner,
02:15James Doohan, and Walter Koenig.
02:17There are some huge connections to the future Star Trek movies that you can see through War Games.
02:25Actor James Tolkien later appeared in 1985 science fiction comedy Back to the Future.
02:31Christopher Lloyd played Doc Brown in this.
02:35He also played Klingon antagonist Krug in Star Trek III The Search for Spock in 1984.
02:43Tolkien was also Detective Hugh Lubick in Masters of the Universe in 1987.
02:50Future Star Trek actor Robert Duncan McNeil played a teenager in this.
02:56He was in an episode of Star Trek The Next Generation, The First Duty, and also Tom Paris in the
03:03Voyager series, which ran between 1995 and 2001.
03:09In the arcade, there are two cabinets for the gang Tron based on the 1982 science fiction action adventure film.
03:19This used a combination of live action and early CG starring Jeff Bridges and Bruce Boxleitner.
03:26Actor David Warner played Ed Dillinger in Sark.
03:30Warner had many roles in Star Trek over the years.
03:34Star Trek V The Final Frontier in 1989 and Star Trek VI The Undiscovered Country in 1991.
03:42Ali Sheedy of War Games later in 1986 sci-fi comedy Short Circuit, also directed by John Badham, along with
03:52Steve Guttenberg, Fisher Stevens, and G.W. Bailey.
03:55Bailey, known for his recurring role in the Police Academy films, was also in 1987 romantic comedy Mannequin with Andrew
04:05McCarthy and Kim Cattrall.
04:08Cattrall played Vulcan, Helmsman, Valeris, and Star Trek VI.
04:14My YouTube channel is Easter Egg Psychic.
04:16There I go back and look at movies and television from the past.
04:20I analyze these for possible references to future media.
04:23These may appear in the form of anecdotes, idioms, anagrams.
04:27Hidden in the subtext of the work in question, I also use an unconventional method where I look at the
04:33likenesses of the actors.
04:37And what I found is you can take the likenesses, match these up to some of the anecdotal items,
04:42and show past, present, and future information about actors and other personalities
04:48that may resemble the personalities in the movie or television episode that you're watching.
04:55My email contact is easteregguy, that's G-U-Y, at yahoo.com
05:02Thanks for watching.
