GMAIL IS PROBABLY THE MOST USED EMAIL SERVICE. HOWEVER, IT USES 15GB OF GOOGLE PROVIDED STORAGE WHICH EVENTUALLY FILLS UP AND IT'S HARDER TO CLEAN WHEN YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DELETE. THIS IS THE BEST WAY THAT I KNOW AND USE. ENJOY!

00:00it's been 87 days alright what's up Omayan and in this video I'm going to
00:05show you how you can clean up your emails that are always stuck in your
00:10mailbox especially in Gmail on the web so in this case you all you have to do
00:16is go to the mail.google.com and this will take you here which is the Gmail
00:23web application so in this web interface I'm going to show you how you can
00:29delete some unused emails which are most probably newsletters simply just search
00:35for unsubscribe and this will give you all the emails that are completely
00:39useful mostly these are targeted emails for ads of some companies or some
00:47newsletter that you subscribe in the past but these are completely useless and if
00:53and all you need to do is delete them add to trash and you can mark them as all
00:58read simply put down the menu and select all of them and delete them this is how
01:05you can clean up your mailbox very efficiently you don't have to search
01:12through between important and useless emails simply search for unsubscribe and
01:17this will give you all the unimportant stuff because unsubscribe is a keyword
01:22that is only in newsletters in my experience of course and here we are now as
01:29you can see I have deleted lots of emails right now and I don't know what I'm doing
01:35here simply deleting them one by one 50 at a time and as you can see there are so
01:42many of them well it definitely looks like that I have not cleaned my Gmail since like
01:51forever anyway now let's go ahead and check out any option which Google has
01:57recently introduced which is right in the more section and once you select the
02:02more options there you will see a new option known as manage subscriptions
02:07simply click on that and this will provide all the newsletters or
02:12subscriptions that you are subscribed to these are all the companies or
02:17corporations that send you meals which are mostly like promotion emails and some
02:23newsletter emails and whatnot some of them might be useful to you if you want to
02:28keep them coming but mostly which are useless like the Instagram or whatever
02:36Google Gemini and things like that if you don't want them anymore simply click on
02:41down subscribe button and you will stop getting those emails which is pretty
02:47easy right let's see how many emails I got from chess.com I got so many yeah then
02:57how else you hover over them they also give you the unsubscribe button which is
03:02good but you don't have to go ahead and search for your emails simply select the
03:07means manage subscriptions tab and unsubscribe to all those that you don't
03:13need oh that's cool and if you want to clean them I just showed you the first one
03:19simply search for unsubscribe and it gives you all it's not like opening them
03:27again and again and unsubscribing through their websites manage subscription is the
03:31best way to unsubscribe from your newsletters if you want to delete them
03:35simply search for unsubscribe because every email with that subscription model or
03:40newsletter gives an unsubscribe key so there you go anyway that's been it
03:44thanks for watching
