00:00I learned from Snowpiercer when I would sing a song on Snowpiercer, the fans would be like,
00:04where can I listen to this? You know, they'd be like, where is this song? And then I would see
00:09like people would post the song from the TV show on YouTube and like it would have all these, I
00:14was
00:15like, well, I should just release these songs. So I learned from that experience of four seasons of
00:20that. And I was like, all right, I'm going to go into season one. I'm singing enough songs to do
00:24an EP in season one. I'll just record them on my own and release them on my own so that
00:30when people
00:30hear Ali singing it, if they want to hear the full song and the full version, you know, I have
00:35my
00:35version that's close to the version I did on the, but a little different, a little bit more polished.
00:41And so I did that again for season two. I have some great songs. First song is In the Air
00:46with
00:46Phil Collins. You can feel it coming in the air. I know that. Yeah. And I remember when they,
00:53they, it was in the, it was written in the script and I was like, this is not, this is
00:58not like a
00:58singer songwriter, like played on guitar song. Like this is literally, literally the hook of the song
01:06is a drum fill. That is the hook of the song. I was like, what are you doing? Like, I
01:11was like,
01:12what am I going to do? So I worked with my producer, Justin Craig, and we came up with,
01:16he came up with this really cool guitar part, Tommy, the guitar part, you know, and I did it on
01:21set.
01:21And actually what got cut was it's like right before the drum solo comes in, they cut and it
01:26goes into the scene with me and Pete. Yeah. And I had come up with the idea. I was like,
01:32all right,
01:32we're going to film the whole song, right? They're going to film the whole song. I was like, so I'm
01:36going to have everyone in the restaurant do the drum fill on their tables. And I was like,
01:43and so I was like, you know it, come on. But they cut that. I was like, darn. Cause I
01:50was like,
01:50you know, fun to like include. Yeah. Those are really fun scenes. Like anytime that I did a song
01:57at the tap with the audience, like those are really fun because like I would get them involved,
02:03you know, get the extras involved and like have some fun.
02:06going to do this stuff. And so, you know, we're going to be doing this stuff. And so, you know,
