11:36from when the driver's apartment was shot up four months ago he was uh inside his apartment
11:42a group of people fired multiple times into the house and then fled the shooters fled in a stolen
11:49vehicle got in the pursuit with police then abandoned the car and escaped on foot a lot of stupidity

40:20The fourth individual, he just happened to be in the car at the time of this situation.

40:29I couldn't ask for a better case because I've got people that are involved that have already told what's up.
40:34And they're trying to save themselves.
40:36You know, this kid, Jet Brumman, had nothing to do with any of this drama.
40:40He's literally an absolute innocent victim.
