09:20okay so i underwent 10 surgeries before the age of seven to get them removed

09:34physical scarring
09:35and i think bringing in a child like i don't know what i'm passing down and like
09:41that's really scary

09:43i will never judge you for any type of physical appearance

09:55and about the reasoning why you know you're having that struggle with

36:33to know you and like hearing about her personality it's really put me at ease about that
36:40um something that helps is knowing that she has a strong relationship with her dad

36:50like a like a you know amount of pressure on me sure it feels like more of like a privilege

37:12the age of seven is much easier yeah than any other age she's potty trained she can wipe her own

43:20you know watches remind you of the time you have and so then when he passed up until
43:27well really like forever i like never had a watch and before i entered into this experiment
43:34i finally got my first watch oh wow all of these years i've gone
43:39one without this watch because i was like trying to find the perfect one when in reality
43:46i think the timing of it just aligned with me being ready to be open to letting go of
43:59the perfect time you know right this watch is a reminder for me to be present and to show up

44:07myself and i think showing up for myself is having tough conversations and yeah being me and keeping
