00:00Newly released video shows the amazing heroics of an Oklahoma high school principal as he tackled a Columbine-obsessed former
00:07student who came to shoot up the school.
00:1060-year-old Kirk Moore charged at 20-year-old Victor Lee Hawkins, who arrived at Paul's Valley High School
00:15on April 7th with two loaded semi-automatic pistols.
00:19Now, I need you to picture this. This principal ran directly at a guy holding a gun to save his
00:24students.
00:25Even crazier, Moore was shot in the leg, but was still able to tackle the shooter and prevent further violence.
00:31Hawkins told investigators that this brave man was his intended target, saying he didn't like Principal Moore and went to
00:38the school to kill him.
00:39Court documents say when he came into the building guns blazing, he ordered everyone on the ground and attempted to
00:44shoot at a student before Principal Moore came at him.
00:46And get this, all of it was captured on the school's security camera.
00:51I'll link to the post story so you can see Principal Moore's heroics for yourself.
00:55He says he's, quote, healthy and recovering, by the way.
00:57Hawkins, meanwhile, admitted to stealing the guns from his dad and told investigators he wanted to conduct his own school
01:04shooting like the Columbine shooters did.
