00:04Missouri boy into a deadly ambush where the teen was forced to beg for his life.
00:08The alleged perpetrator, Yefri Archaga, and a second suspect, Praise King, have been charged
00:12with the first-degree murder of Miles Young. Authorities say the victim was picked up in a
00:17car by a juvenile suspect, thinking that he was being brought to meet a girl. He apparently
00:21figured out something was up, and when the vehicle stopped, he made a run for it. That is when
00:25witnesses say Archaga, wearing a black ski mask and armed with a Glock-style handgun,
00:29chased after the teen. Another witness said he heard the high schooler yell, quote,
00:34I just don't want to die, before gunshots rang out. Young was struck in the chest and later
00:39pronounced dead at the hospital. Investigators believe Young may have been targeted because
00:43of a prior dispute, and perhaps the fact that he was expected to testify in a 2025 homicide case.
