00:16Then Chef heats up their 8-hour slow-cooked caramelized onions
00:20with some au jus and plenty of butter.
00:22Then they toss in some prime rib.
00:30Once that toasted semolina is ready, they layer on some gruyere cheese.
00:36Top it with all of that prime rib and caramelized onion.
00:41Toast it in the oven.
00:45Serve it with more au jus to dip.
