00:06Whenever I'm devouring Dominican food, I always go right for their slow-braced oxtail
00:11and theirs is seriously on point.
00:13Everything from the tender meat to the rich, flavorful oxtail stew
00:16and their Dominican rice is just phenomenal.
00:18What a way to start this feast.
00:21Oxtail just falls right off that bone.
00:23And now it's time for what many people say is the best rotisserie chicken in New York City.
00:27They serve it with drippy Dominican beans and their wildly addictive herbed butter.
00:32So good.
00:33And I'm just getting started.
00:35On to their Dominican-style super cheesy and seasoned beef-packed lasagna with no beef left behind.
00:41This is a must-devour when you're here.
00:43On to the Cuban.
00:47They melt some Swiss cheese over their slow-cooked pernil pork.
00:50They grill up some ham slices, layer them onto some fresh Dominican bread
00:54with that cheesy pernil and a healthy drizzle of mayo.
00:57They close it up.
00:59Aggressively butter it up on the grill until it's beautifully toasted.

01:07Toss in some lettuce, tomato, and more mayo.

01:11And there you have it.

01:18They said I had to try their bestake salteado, translated to stir-fried steak,
01:22and man am I glad I devoured this.
01:24The steak is beautifully marinated and it is a must.
01:28Then they blend some salted and garlic-fried plantains to look like this.

01:36And they jam-pack it with their sautéed shrimp, peppers, and onions.

01:43All the flavors are fantastic.
01:46Come here for breakfast and devour their mongoo con huevo, salami, and queso,
01:50and you will not be disappointed.
01:53And for the finale, their extremely popular beef yaroa with layers of seasoned beef,
01:58fries, ketchup, mayo, and chimmy sauce.
