20:10where you're at fitness wise okay working with new moms can be a little bit of a challenge especially
20:16since she's really young she's learning two things now how to take care of baby and how to take care
20:22of herself slowly increase I think that to go from doing zero to walking at least on a regular basis
20:29on top of the strength training and the cardio training that we're gonna do as well as hopefully
20:34she sticks to the diet that I gave her and stand that's it I believe that she'll be able to
20:40accomplish
20:40her goals no problem okay perfect so we have a lot of work to do but be patient with yourself
20:49and don't weigh yourself every single day because you're gonna get frustrated because you're not
20:53gonna see a change give yourself six weeks let's say then weigh yourself then don't look at it again
20:58for another six weeks and go on like that and see then you'll see some larger changes I think looking
21:04forward to seeing the scale will help I feel motivated by everything Karolina told me but I
21:11also feel like nervous a little bit like there's a lot of stuff but I'm cutting out and changing and
