00:13We had over 100 locations where we didn't have any supplies, and we have been working
00:18all morning and side down to deliver to you what, unfortunately, amounts to 15 locations,
00:24211 polling tables, and 63,300 people directly affected.
00:34The National Bureau of Elections exercising its powers hereby resolves, firstly, with respect
00:42to polling stations in Metropolitan Lima that did not receive election materials, and two
00:47overseas constituencies in the United States, Orlando, Florida, and Patterson, New Jersey.
00:54The following provisions shall apply.
00:58Polling stations shall be set up between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. on April 13th in accordance with
